a) Unless Specified, Structural Frame work should be done using Alumnium Tube 50mmx38mm, 2mm thk. All frame work shall have 600mm CC in both direction and vertical (50x50mm cross section) & horizontal (50x38mm cross section) respectively. b) 12mm thick plywood over structural frame work for flat surfaces. All plywood should be phenol bonded of approved make only, IS-303(BWR quality). c) 6mmx2 thick plywood over structural frame work (teak woodof 300mm CC in both direction for curved surfaces. All curved surface to be covered with two layers of 6mm flexiply of approved make. d) The visible exposed surfaces of the ply surface should be pasted either with 1mm thk laminate sheet of approved color,make and shade or to be painted with 2/3 coat of plastic emulsion paint of premium quality as per the color scheme given. [as approved by the authority] e) The accessible backside frame work & ply wood surface including ceiling top should be painted with one coat of enamel paint over two coats of wood primer. f) The service/maintenance doors should be provided with 3" good quality SS hinge/magnetic catcher and single key multipurpose lock. g) Proper eco-friendly anti termite chemical of approved make shall be applied on all wood battens before taking in use for fabrication. (NOTE: This item shows the quantity of structural framework & paneling other than the individual drawings) .

The exposed interior walls/partition/ply surfaces of the gallery should be painted with 2/3 coats of plastic emulsion paint (approved color & make) of premium quality finish over well prepared surfacing and primer/putty finish. (NOTE: This item shows the quantity of painting work other than the individual drawings) .

PVC VINYL SPORTS FLOORING (Indoor) Providing and fixing 3.75-4.5MM THK PVC vinyl sports flooring of multi color patterns having total weight not less than 2.9 kg/m2 on the floor area (after removing the existing flooring) as per the approved color, design, sample and approved make. Material shall confirm to CE certification. Min. Warranty: 05 years. Plz refer the NIT document for details: Make: Grabo/Responsive/Armstrong/Indiana/Gerflor (NOTE: The payment would be made on actual measurement basis for finished carpet laying area only.)

ELECTRICAL WORKS : Supply, Installation & testing of all electrical wiring, lamps, LED strip, LED downlights, electric plug points etc. as per the technical specifications and quantity given in the attached document wherein itemwise rate and amounts for respective items are to be filled in by the bidder and total amount carried over and refledted here. Hard copy of the itemised electrical BoQ duly filled in should be submitted along with financial cover. (Note: Bidder must submit the hardcopy of itemwise rate as per BoQ Electrical Works in NIT document also. The rate for itemwise overall total shall match with the figure quoted in this BoQ sheet_electrical works)
