ACB panel with TWO Nos. of 800A ACB located in SS-I Supplying,fixing and commissioning on existing panel TWO Nos. of L&T:-Make,manually operated ,Drawout type ,(MDO) Air Circuit Breaker of following specifications:- RATING:-800 Amp,3-pole,MDO type with 50KA Breaking capacity,Cat.No.SL96042,Model:-C power having protection through Microprocessor Based SR18G Relay. In built 2NO+2NC Auxiliary contacts.Indication:-ON-OFF-TRIP. Safety shutter assembly,Racking Handle,Door sealingframe,Push Button cover & Rating error preventor,Easily removable arc chutes with out use of any tool,Cable connection shrouders of suitable length should also be provided . Rate for this Item should includes: 1)The installation of TWO nos.of ACB on existing Distribution panel and connection to existing Bus and main outgoing cable with 60mmx10mm copper bus-bar of suitable length. 2)Fab.,painting(powder coating with Siemens gray colour),supplying and fixing of enclosure of suitable size.Approx:-W1200mmxH700mmxD550mm made from 16 SWG CRCA sheet. 3)All the other steel ( required for M.S. angle support frame,M.S.angle stand,frame and other support should be of 40mmx40mmx5mm thick M.S. angle) & hardware material req. for retrofitting of ACB on existing L.T.panel.All the frame work should be painted with two coats of Black enamel paint. 4)Altos/Tecknic :-make,230V,panel mounting Multiple LED type indicating lamps-06 nos. and 6A S.P.MCB -06 nos Contractor should visit the site before quoting .

Disconnection and removal of existing 800A Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) from the panel and returning the removed material to NCL store.

Digital panel mounting , 3 1/2 digit type Voltmeter with built in selector switch . 1XXXseries,Make L&T,Spec.:-3-phase LED meter,Class1 Cat.No.WL132010OOOO or Equivalent model of AE/SECURE with MCB etc complete. (Rate includes necessary internal wiring & connections of Voltmeter ,MCB etc.complete.}
