Disconnection, Dismantling existing 400A/600A/800A Oil Circuit Breaker (OCB) from the existing panel and returning the removed material to NCL store located at about 800mtrs.

Fabricating, painting,supplying, fixing, testing & commissioning at NCL site, floor mounted, free standing pedestal type cubical panel made out of 1.6/2.mm thick CRCA sheet having overall dimensions as mentioned in he respective item. Complete compartmentalized (including internal partition made out of 1.66mm CRCA sheet enclosure, vermin proof. (The outer & inner CRCA sheets should be of 1.66mm thick doors should be of 2mm thick CRCA sheet). Rate is inclusive of base mounting frame. This Panel should be fixed on an anlge iron fram/C channel frame made out of 40mmx 40mmx 5mm MS angle/75mmx30mm C channel with height 920mm with provision of fixing with Anchor fastners. The Panel should be powder coated with siemens Grey/Ivory colour. The panel should be provided with following Electrical Accessories.Rate should be inclusive of all thehardware material req. for retrofitting of ACB on existing L.T.panel.All the frame work should be painted with two coats of Black enamel paint. Supplying , fixing , commissioning & testing Air Circuit breaker with Microprocessor protection and contro Unit MTX1.5, three pole L&T make 630A ACB, U power OMEGA cat No.UW106NXD01900, UW1 630N 3P MD 1.5G BotV, ,Cable connection shrouders of suitable length should also be provided -------4 Sets of 630A Omega U power Air Circuit Breakers L&T Manual Draw Out type.
