The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Successful design/development, installation, testing, commissioning, and/or operations and maintenance of OFC-enabled City Wide Area Network projects with a minimum project value of INR 20 Cr. during the last seven years, with a maximum of 3 projects. 2. Successful design/development, installation, testing, commissioning, and/or operation and maintenance of Physical Data Center with minimum 1 Petabyte storage in India during the last seven years. 3. Successful design/development, installation, testing, commissioning, and/or operation and maintenance of Integrated Command Control Center/City Operations Center/Network Operation Center with a minimum project value of INR 20 Cr. The bidder should also have experience in specific tasks such as Trenching, Ducting, and Laying of OFC, Monitoring of OFC through EMS and other ICCC applications, and Splicing, Joint Closure, etc. of OFC. In terms of value, the bidder's project value is evaluated as follows: - INR 60 Cr. ≤ Project Value < INR 80 Cr.: 15 marks - INR 80 Cr. ≤ Project Value < INR 100 Cr.: 18 marks - Project Value ≥ INR 100 Cr.: 20 marks For Physical Data Center experience, the marks are allocated as follows: - 1 Petabyte ≤ Storage < 2.5 Petabyte: 6 marks - 2.5 Petabyte ≤ Storage < 5 Petabyte: 7 marks - Storage ≥ 5 Petabyte: 8 marks Additional 2 marks if the submitted project includes successful design/development, installation, testing, commissioning, and operations and maintenance (for at least 1 year) of physical DR as well with 100% storage capacity. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of minimum INR 100 Cr. from IT/ITeS/ICT business over the last three financial years.
