Dismantling cast iron work of any description

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Removing building material to the distance 1Km from the site.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard / dence soil.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard /dense soil

Removing excavated material upto 50m and depositing where directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled surface, formed, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber including watering & ramming etc. complete. Spread thickness 150mm

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in pavings, laid in layers n. exc 15cm thick. Spread, levelled & rommed including watering, etc complete

Cement concrete of type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) with 100mm thickness.

Concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6 mix

Reinforced concrete pipes with 300mm dia, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars

Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match in type B1, 1:2:4 mix (20mm graded aggregate) and set in 1:4 mix cement mortar

M & L for brickwork with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:3 cement mortar

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick even & smooth cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, (without using extra cement) setting coat 5mm thick, trowelled to even and smooth finish in cement plaster 1:2 mix

S & F of rolled mild steel plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-A

S & F of rolled mild steel for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc of Fe 410-W(Gde-E-250)quality-A

S & F of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for (Spigot & Socket Pipe) Cast iron pipes of 100mm dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast with rubber joints. Class B, in any length, laid in trenches joint, the spigot ends shall be suitably chamfered for smooth entry of the pipe in the socket fitted with rubber gasket.

M & L for Bends upto 100 dia (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs

M & L for 1Bends. Tapers. Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged
