The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. - Years of Past Experience Required for same/similar service: 2 Years 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 50% of bid quantity for Past Performance. - Local content percentage: Minimum 50% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier, Minimum 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier. - Purchase preference to MSEs: If L-1 is not an MSE and MSE Seller(s) has/have quoted price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band defined in relevant policy, such Seller shall be given opportunity to match L-1 price and contract will be awarded for 25% percentage of total quantity. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - Valid BIS certificate as per IS 13252 under CSR - Malicious Code Certificate: The seller should upload a certificate stating that the Hardware and the Software being offered does not contain Embedded Malicious code. - ISO 9001 certification: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification. - BIS licence - Type test certificate - Approval certificates - Material Test Certificate: The Material Test Certificate Should Be Sent Along with The Supply. - Compulsory registration of goods/articles in this category shall conform to IS 13252 (Part - 1) and shall bear the “Standard Mark” under a license from Bureau of Indian Standards as per Scheme-II of Schedule-II of Bureau of Indian Standards(Conformity Assessment) Regulations,2018. - Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form/Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details is required to be furnished along with the bid. - Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, are to be uploaded along with the bid documents.
