The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar work during the last 5 years in Govt./Semi Govt. department. The similar work refers to the construction of RCC building having more than G+1. There are three alternatives for the required prior work experience: - One similar work successfully completed, with a cost of 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the cost being more than Rs. 2.89 Crores. - Alternatively, two similar works successfully completed, with a cost of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the cost of each being more than Rs. 1.81 Crores. - Alternatively, three similar works successfully completed, with a cost of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, and the cost of each being more than Rs. 1.44 Crores. Additionally, the bidder should have completed a minimum quantity of work in any one year in the last 5 years, including: - RCC M30 & above work: 161 cum (30% of total quantity) - Steel reinforcement: 15.6 M.T (30% of total quantity) - Brick work/block work: 36 cum (30% of total quantity) The bidder should have completion certificates from the authority for the similar works completed.
