To participate in this tender as a Joint Venture (JV), the following eligibility requirements must be met: 1. The combination is of the contractor as a whole and not individual partners.
2. A registered partnership deed is required.
3. The JV must register in the name of the joint venture on the portal.
4. For empanelment on the portal, notarized joint venture papers must be submitted to the Authority/Engineers In charge.
5. The lead partners must meet not less than 50% of all qualifying criteria like annual turnover, single work, quantities of items, and Bid Capacity.
6. The joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria of annual turnover, single work, quantities of items, and Bid capacity.
7. The experience of the other joint partners shall be considered if it is not less than 20% of the qualifying criteria like annual turnover, single work, quantities of items, and Bid capacity.
8. If the JV is found to be the lowest bidder, they must register the joint venture with the Registrar of Firms and submit the same to the Engineer-in-charge within 45 days from the date of opening of the tender.
