Municipal Corporation Tender

The bidder should have experience of having a similar type of minimum 3 and maximum 5 main items in Government/Semi-Government/Municipal Corporation/any other public sector as a prime contractor in tendered work during one of the last 5 years. For the main items, the bidder should have executed a quantity of at least 30% of the tendered main work quantity. Additionally, the bidder should have completed three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. Alternatively, the experience criteria are also specified as follows: A] One Similar Completed work costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 80% of the Estimated Cost. B] Two Similar Completed works costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 50% of the Estimated Cost. C] Three Similar Completed works costing Not less than the Amount Equal To 40% of the Estimated Cost. The bidder should have experience as a prime contractor, and experience as a sub-contractor or joint venture is not allowed.
