Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, , cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineer-in-charge , compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete. Providing laying in situ M30 grade uneinforced plain cment concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement coarse nad fine aggregate comforming to IS:383 using fine and coarse aggregrate combine gradation as per table 600 -3 morth specification 2013 mixed in batching and mixing plant non tilting mixer and weigh batcher as per spproved mix design snd mixture trsanporting to dit spreading laying compating finish in a continious opration finishing to line and grades as directed by engineer in charge curuing by curing compound /by providing cmenet veta in ement mortor 1:8@ 0.60x0.6m center admeuuring 80mm of bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75 mm and maintaning the same thouht curing period by any other method approved by engineer in charge (initial lead of 5.00 km for raw material up to plant site) Spec No. M.O.R.T. and H 2013 Ci 602 P.N.263 MORTH 602 5.01 MPRTH 602 (SSR No:5.01)
