The bidder is required to have prior work experience in construction of similar nature, specifically in the construction of New Sports Complex. The requirements include: 1. Minimum Cost of Completed work of similar nature during any of the last Five financial years: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the Tender cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the Tender cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tender cost. 2. Executed quantities of some of the important items during a single year: - 30% of quantity executed in single tender for specific items. 3. Bidder Must Have Constructed these works in one contract in last 5 Financial years, with specific requirements including: - 1 no. of semi-Olympic size swimming pool along with filtration system. - 3 nos. of standard sized Badminton courts with Maplewood Flooring. The bidder needs to provide a list of works of similar type and magnitude carried out by them. The bid capacity calculation includes the calculation of the maximum turnover for the period of the project, based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years, denoted as (AXNX1.5)-B, where A is the maximum value. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are: - 40% of the Tender cost for three similar completed works - 50% of the Tender cost for two similar completed works - 80% of the Tender cost for one similar completed work - 30% of quantity executed in single tender for specific items - 1 semi-Olympic size swimming pool - 3 standard sized Badminton courts with Maplewood Flooring.
