The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature each costing 20% of estimated cost - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature each costing 25% of estimated cost - One similar completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature each costing 40% of estimated cost The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar works during the last seven years. The bidder is also required to have personnel with specific experience, including: - Project Manager with a Degree and 10 years of experience - Graduate Engineer with 5 years of experience - Graduate Engineer with 2 years of experience - Diploma Engineer with 5 years of experience The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 21,04,01,737 (excluding GST) and Rs. 24,82,74,049.66 (including GST), and the bid security deposit/EMD is Rs. 21,04,100.00. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. The bidder should have access to or have available liquid assets, unencumbered assets, lines of credit and other financial means (independent of any contractual advance payment) sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements for the subject contract, which is at least 15% of the cost of the work tendered for, net of the tenderer's commitment of other contracts.
