Organizing rally:- Conducting awareness campaigns by organizing rally at major location of the city and promoting the Swachh Survekshan, Plastic Ban, Segregation of waste etc.:- 4_rally in each month or as per BNCMC instruction, Event to be approved or instruction given by BNCMC. (stationeries, printing, local permission, media coverage to be arranged by agency)

Training and Capacity Building:- Training and Awareness to ULB staff/Shop owners / NGO, Dharmguru/ Rag pickers etc. Topic to be covered - Waste Management, Environmental Sanitation, Community Engagement, Sanitation Technologies, Case Studies and Success Stories, Interactive Sessions. Minimum Participants – 50 to 75, At max 4_Training program in each month or as per the schedule approved by BNCMC And at Event to be approved or instruction given by BNCMC. (Including cost of conference hall, tea/snacks/ food, training materials, stationeries, demo practices, etc). Attendance sheet, photos as proof.

Street Play:- Design/Development Cost for each Item of Street Theatre/ Play. Schedule of street play shall be approved by BNCMC. Street Theatre/ Play to be performed during project time line with not more than 4 plays in a month or as per the schedule approved by BNCMC. A play of 15 minutes (in Marathi & Hindi mixed) with at least 4-6 characters will be prepared by the agency depicting different components of SBM The play will have to be performed in various crowded places of ULBs equally by the agency by professional actors. In each performance, audience/ viewers should not be less than 50. It must include a preparation of good quality jingle for Bhiwandi city & audio Announcement massage of 1 good quality in Hindi & Marathi for local Announcement and also total 3 to 4 Short Videos on Plastic Ban, Home composting etc. with the help of content creator team use for same in street play. GPS location/Goetagg position shall be provided.

Wall Painting:- Wall painting on designated areas using the Water proof Colour . (Areas for wall painting as per instructions of BNCMC) Unit cost per sqft

Flyers & Stickers:- Design, printing, installation of Flyers at Street Poles (vinyl board 2ft x 2ft) for awareness. (Designs on Swachhata themes to be approved by BNCMC)

Flyers & Stickers:- Design, printing and pasting of stickers, posters on auto rickshaws/auto tippers/designated places etc. Design to be approved by BNCMC Note:- All printing material must be visible for minimum 3 month.
