The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar types of works with Government/Semi Government/Municipal Corporation/Municipal Council or Public sector undertaking as a prime contractor during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three any works completed costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two any works completed costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One any work completed costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have experience of having similar type of main items in works, such as P/L RCC M-15 & above and P/F HCRM/CRS/TMT bar reinforcement. The annual financial turnover during the last 5 years should be at least 75% of the annual cost of this work. The bidder should submit details of similar works carried out in the last 5 years, including the cost of work, date of starting, stipulated date of completion, and actual date of completion.
