The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed work of similar nature during the last seven years. The bidder should have completed works with values such as: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 30% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 60% of the estimated cost Additionally, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed or currently executing works of similar nature each costing 30% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed or currently executing works of similar nature each costing 40% of the estimated cost - One similar completed or currently executing work of similar nature of aggregate 60% of the estimated cost The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for ongoing works to be considered. The average annual financial turnover should be equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. Specifically, for some works, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender
