The bid capacity required in the given tender includes: 1. Minimum Single STP of 2 MLD or Two nos of 1 MLD capacity for completed work period of minimum three years in the last five years. 2. Annual Turnover of bidder in last five Years: Last five years average turnover should be minimum 2.70 Cr. 3. Net worth should be positive. Formulas: 1. Average Annual Turnover = (Total Turnover in last 5 years) / 5 Average Annual Turnover should be >= 2.70 Cr. Additionally, the security deposit and additional security deposit (ASD) or performance security requirements are as follows: - The security deposit is 5% of the accepted tender cost. - The additional security deposit (ASD) or performance security is mandatory if the tenderer quotes an offer below the estimated cost, with the following formulas: - If the rate quoted is below 0% to 1% of the estimated rate, ASD is Nil. - If the rate quoted is below more than 1% to 10% of the estimated rate, ASD is 1% of the estimated cost put to tender. - If the rate quoted is below more than 10% to 15% of the estimated rate, ASD = (% Rate quoted - 10% + 1). - If the rate quoted is more than 15% below the estimated rate, ASD = (% Rate quoted – 15%) x 2 + 6%.
