The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Consultancy work in Water Audit / NRW / UFW Assessment for projects covering activities/components as defined under the broad scope of work executed in India for at least 1 million population cities, with points allocated as follows: - 5 projects: 20 points - 4 projects: 18 points - 3 projects: 16 points - 2 projects: 14 points - 1 project: 7 points - 0 projects: 0 points 2. DPR preparation for water projects related to 24X7 / Uninterrupted Water Supply, with a value of not less than Rs. 150 crores, and points allocated as follows: - 5 projects: 20 points - 4 projects: 18 points - 3 projects: 16 points - 2 projects: 14 points - 1 project: 7 points - 0 projects: 0 points 3. Project Management Consultancy or Contract Management that meets all the project requirements for transaction of PPP Contract (Water Supply and Sewerage), PMC/Contract management for Water Supply Projects, with points allocated as follows: - 5 projects: 20 points - 4 projects: 18 points - 3 projects: 16 points - 2 projects: 14 points - 1 project: 7 points - 0 projects: 0 points 4. O&M consultancy in similar size and complexity of project for a city of minimum 1 million population having PPP agreement/contract in water distribution for a minimum period of 3 years, with points allocated as follows: - 5 projects: 20 points - 4 projects: 18 points - 3 projects: 16 points - 2 projects: 14 points - 1 project: 7 points - 0 projects: 0 points The bidder should also have empanelment with Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD) to the Government of India/Semi government / Public Sector Unit/ Local statutory bodies, with a maximum of 20 points. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should have been in existence for a period of at least 5 years as on 31st March 2025. The annual turnover of the bidder should be Rupees Five Crore on an average in the last three years, and the bidder should have positive net-worth supported by copies of balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c of previous three financial years duly certified by CA. The bidder should submit EMD amounting Rs. 1,50,000/- and the successful bidder’s EMD will be discharged upon the submission of performance guarantee amounting 5% of contract amount of one year.
