Operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant (STP) of SBR technology includes all various types of machineries within sewage treatment plant. Comprehensive Maintenance including staff & all routine, preventive, major and minor maintenance repairing works and necessary replacement of machinery spares and allied works. Maintenance of sewage treatment plant involved from inlet of waste water sump to outlet of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) including repairs of all Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumental units like installed equipment’s of various types, sizes and ratings of Aerators, submersible pumps and valves, actuators, pipes, Electric Motors, Main & Sub Panels, APFC Panels, AMF panels & feeder panels of all sizes and ratings, Installed transformer, generators & all substations equipment’s, various sizes cables and units. All outdoor & Indoor Lightings, equipment’s and other machineries with required oiling and greasing with providing all types of chemicals required for the treatment process like chlorine, polyelectrolyte, and lab chemicals of appropriate quantity as well as diesel for generators as per requirement for operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant etc. complete. Keeping all record books and maintaining History book of all machineries/equipment’s with removal and transportation of grit, sludge etc., including necessary housekeeping of STP building, premises, garden and landscape etc. complete as instructed by Engineer in Charge, including providing skilled and semi-skilled and unskilled labour, office staff complete. (Note – for O &M only Electricity will be provided by the Solapur Municipal Corporation and item rates are excluding of GST)
