The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed similar works in the last seven years. Additionally, the bidder should have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for ongoing works to be considered. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. Specific values mentioned include: - Rs. 4,44,000/- of estimated cost put to tender for one of the options, - Rs. 5,55,000/- of estimated cost put to tender for another option, - Rs. 8,87,000/- of estimated cost put to tender for a third option. The bidder should have similar work experience, with the bid capacity calculated as Assessed Available Bid Capacity, and should have completed similar works of at least 40% of the bid amount. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically one similar completed work in the last 05 years costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. In case of a Joint Venture (JV) firm, the technical eligibility criteria require the Lead member to meet at least 35% of the technical capacity. The required prior work experience for the bidder also includes: - Project Manager with degree: 10 years - Graduate Engineer: 5 years - Graduate Engineer: 2 years - Diploma Engineer: 5 years The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature, with a detailed construction planning and methodology supported by an assessment study of requirements of equipment/plants & machineries, and a record of successful completion of similar works.
