The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least three years in Protection & Maintenance of Trees & Removal of Dead and Dangerous trees/ branches from public as well as private premises. The required prior work experience can be demonstrated by: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 25% of the estimated cost put to tender - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 35% of the value of any one component of the project work, or have completed 35% of the value of work of each component during the last three financial years. The contractual payments received by the bidder in any one of the previous three financial years should be at least 100% of the estimated value of the work. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least 100% of the estimated value of the work. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover, as certified by a Chartered Accountant, equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years immediately preceding the Financial Year in which bids are invited.
