The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager with degree: 20 years - Deputy Project Manager with degree: 12 years - Project/Site Engineer (Degree/Diploma): 6 or 10 years respectively - Quality Graduate Engineer: 8 years - Surveyor: 8 years - Project Planning/ Billing Engineer: 6 years The bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum cost of: - Single work: 1500, 750, 500 (depending on the class) - Two works: 750, 400, 250 (depending on the class) - Three works: 500, 300, 150, 100 (depending on the class) The required experience is as follows: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 30% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 13,77,96,886.00 each. - Or, two similar completed works each of value not less than 35% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 16,07,63,034.00 each. - Or, one similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 50% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 22,96,61,477.00 each. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in completed hill slope related works, with: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 30% of the cost related to hill slope works, i.e., Rs. 8,73,79,322.00 (including GST) each. - Or, two similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the cost related to hill slope works, i.e., Rs. 11,65,05,763.00 (including GST) each. - Or, one similar completed work of value equal to or not less than 60% of the cost related to hill slope works, i.e., Rs. 17,47,58,644.00 (including GST) each. The bidder should also have similar experience in any department, such as building construction or building maintenance, with completed works that meet certain value criteria, including: a) Three similar completed works, each with a value of not less than 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 13,77,96,886.00 each. b) Two similar completed works, each with a value of not less than 35% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 16,07,63,034.00 each. c) One similar completed work with a value equal to or not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 22,96,61,477.00 each.
