Applying two or more coat of Ethyl Silicate chemical as approved by Archaeological Survey of India/ Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer, with brush or spray on the existing stone masonry surface till there is no further absorption of chemical by stone surface, including protecting the applied surface from direct sunlight by suitable means during application, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding)

Providing and applying antifungal wash treatment using 3% solution of sodium penta-chlorophenate, of reputed brand and manufacturer, on cleaned sand stone surface at desired locations as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Providing and applying hydraulic lime putty of consistency as directed by the Architect with 5 percent silica fumes and 10 percent brick dust under pressure through pvc nozzles (not exceeding 3 Kg/Sqm). Caulking of cracks to be done with hydraulic lime mortar (1:3) atleast three days before grouting. Lime Grouting to be done from bottom upwards till the cavity gets filled completely. (For cracks not exceeding 5 mm width)

Application of water, oil and dirt repellent, breathable, low VOC acrylic emulsion in aqueous phase based Protectguard TC of Killickguard or equivalent with brush on Lime Plaster (clear) in two coats. Applications to be done strictly as per manufacturers specification.

Removal of plant/ficus growth by pulling out root system embedded in masonry, cutting stem and application of hing/gur/lime formulation as specified by the Architect or other patented chemical biocide treatment such as biocide/glycel etc. Having Girth less than 20 cm

Providing lime plaster 30mm thick in two coats having a backing coat of 20 mm thick in 1:3 (one lime: 3 surkhi) with recron fiber and finishing coat of 10 mm thk in 1:2 lime mortar (1 Lime:2 Quartzs and) for internal plastering including mixing approved adhesive such as guggal, jaggery etc. and applying to concrete/brick/stone masonry surface in all positions and finishing the surface even and smooth with lime pluging in 1:1 and curing etc. Complete.

Raking out cement or lime pointing or any other hard material used and repointing to walls externally and internally in lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime, 3 sand, mix to be approved by consultants before application) & filling in any holes/damage area of stone that may have to be filled in lime mortar. The cost to include preparation of batches of sample upto 20 samples of colour matched lime mortar for approval by Architect. The contractor to ensure use of making tape and sharp specialzed spatula & tools to ensure clear line and high level of workmanship on site.

Providing and applying first single coat of approved primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint/flat oil paint of an approved make and colour as per manufacturers specifications to the metal purlins not more the 150mm in height, at all height and locations as directed including removing the existing paint by burning, cleaning, preparing the surface for painting etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

P/F, detailing, fabricating built up sections at desired location using MS Plates of grade Fe250 as per specifications & approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by Contractor & got approved from Engineer), erecting structural steel members for all heights & at all levels including provision of necessary erection & fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, gussets, base plate, & all necessary operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding & removing the welding burr & preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning & applying 2 coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each & 2 coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engr. In Charge."

Providing, detailing, & fabricating as per specifications, transporting to site & erecting ladder / railing using stainless steel hollow pipes of grade 304 including, S.S. fixtures & fastenings, cleats, stiffeners, gussets etc. & all necessary operations straightening, bending, like cutting, drilling, welding, grinding & removing the welding burr, machining if specified, finishing, cleaning etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing single skin trapezoidal profiled sheeting 930-1020mm cover width 28-32 mm crests depth at 186-250 c/c ( above 195 mm c/c crest distance there will be minimum 2 ribs at the centre for stiffening). The feed material shall be manufactured from AZ 150 (min. 150 gms/sq.mt total on both sides) Zincalume / Galvalume sheets of minimum yield strength of 550 MPa, 0.45 mm BMT, ( 0.5 mmTCT excluding paint coating thickness), metallic hot dip coated with Al-Zn alloy (55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, 1.5% Si ) as per AS 1397 / IS15961 & painted with Super Durable Polyester Colorbond steel XRW or equivalent quality paint system of apporved color, suitable for exterior application conforming to AS/NZS 2728:2007 type-4 / IS15965:class3 of approved make. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 microns, super durable polyester paint system of 20microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both surfaces : Bare Galvalume / Zincalume sheets for roofing

Removing Existing Mangalore tiles / AC / GI / Galvalume Sheets/polycarbonate plain and corrugated sheets from roof / cladding / partitions etc., excluding supporting structure but including scaffolding, handling, transporting, sorting and stacking at site lead up to 150m and or disposing etc complete as directed.

Supplying, fabricating, transporting to site and erecting 3.12mm thick MS gutter with all necessary supporting arrangement laid to proper slope, at all heights and levels, including surface cleaning, Grinding and removing the welding burr and applying one coats of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on underside before erection & one coat of rubberized waterproof paint on upper side after erecting including making necessary connections with rain water pipes etc complete as directed. Providing and fixing UV resistant selffit UPVC pipes of approved make for Rainwater downtakes confirming to IS 13592:1992 Type A suitable for 4kg/sqcm pressure for following pipe diameters including rain water receiving recess with pvc plug bend necessary fittings such as offsets shoes, fixing the pipes on wall with clips filling the joints with solvent/cement and necessary scafolding etc. Complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. 100mm dia

Providing and applying three coats of White/colour wash to any surface with lime wash prepared from quick lime of best quality by adding blue/colour pigments and glue of approved colour, quality in required quantities at all height and locations as directed including scaffolding, cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting with broom, coir and sand paper if necessary or by any other approved means etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

White Vitreous China of 'Hindustan &Parryware' make or equivalent under counter type Oval wash basin of size 550 x 480mm with CI brackets suitable for mounting below granite counter including waste fitting with CP brass bottle trap, angle valve with CP connection etc as specified. Oval Wash Basin Model No.10051 OR consider equivalent make.)

Fixing water meter and stop cock in G.I. pipe line including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (cost of water meter and stop cock to be paid separately).- 20 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast Iron grating for Nahani/Floor trap.

Providing and fixing in position uPVC/SWR (Soil/Waste/Rain) pipe of type-B 110 mm dia. in any position including all fittings and accessories, making joints / connections water tight with solvent cement, scaffolding if necessary and making good the damages if any (excluding excavation and refilling the trenches) etc. complete as specified and directed.(All fittings and accessories like clamps,etc. should be of same brand. No separate payment shall be made for fittings and accessories).

Providing and fixing M. S. black pipes for columns, including base plate & cap plate 6 mm. thick foundation bolts, nuts, etc., complete with 3 coats of approved synthetic paint etc., complete as directed. Pipes shall be of Tata or equivalent make. Dia of pole 75 mm. 'B' class.
