Work of supply and Installation of blower/ exhaust fan assembly for capacity of blower will be approx. 18000 CuM / Hr. at 300mm to 400mm WG pressure the impeller and casing shall be fabricated from SS 304 material. The impeller shall be dynamically balanced. The blower shall be coupled with 3Ph, 440V, 50 Hz T.E.F.C. Squirrel cage inductions motor (Crompton/ABB/Siemens) of suitable capacity, as per ISI specification. The blower assembly shall have silencer with antivibration absorbed to reduce noise. The blower casing shall have inspection cover and separate drain plug at bottom to remove moisture entrapped. Including 1 set of rotating element of blower set.

415V Pump panel with 63A MCCB as incomer with phase indicator and ammeter & voltmeter with selector switches, 2Noss. Of 25A MPCB with DOL Starter, local push button station & contactor of required rating as outgoing.

Providing and fixing M. S. black pipes for columns, including base plate & cap plate 6 mm. thick foundation bolts, nuts, etc., complete with 3 coats of approved synthetic paint etc., complete as directed. Pipes shall be of Tata or equivalent make. Dia of pole 75 mm. 'C' class

Providing, detailing, fabricating and fixing at desired location using M.S. chequered Plates of any thickness and of grade Fe250 as per specifications and approved fabrication drawings (which are to be prepared by Contractor and got approved from Engineer), including transporation of the same to site, erection at all heights and levels, provision of necessary erection bolts, fixing bolts, nuts, washers, cleats, stiffeners, and all necessary operations like preheating as per specifications, straightening, bending, cutting, drilling, grinding, machining if specified, welding, grinding and removing the welding burr and preparing surface for painting with wire brush cleaning and applying two coats of epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of Epoxy Corrosion Resistant Enamel paint of 30 microns after fabrication including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as directed by Engineer In Charge.
