The bidder should have successfully completed similar works as a prime contractor. For supply, the bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than Rs. 53.49 Cr. For operation and maintenance, the bidder should have completed either three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 26.75 Cr or two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 33.44 Cr. Additionally, the bidder should have completed the work of supply of "Similar Vehicles" in a government or public sector organization in India during the last seven years. The values of executed works can be adjusted to the current level by applying a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 40.12 Cr for the last 3 financial years, with a 10% annual enhancement to bring it to the present level. The manufacturer of the subject machine should have manufactured and supplied at least one "Similar Vehicle" on outright sale in their own name in the last 07 years, with the supplied vehicle having satisfactorily completed a minimum of 01 year of Operation and Maintenance.
