Disconnection & Removal of existing 1) 7.5 HP vertical fresh water pump, 2) 02 no’s 3 HP vertical fresh water pumps, 3) 3 HP vertical Raw Sewage water pump. Buy back of all old dismantled material such as Old LV DB panel including old switchgears, 7.5 HP vertical pump-01 no, 3 HP vertical Pumps-02 nos. & 3 HP Raw sewage pump-01 no. etc.

Supply, Delivery, Transportation, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of LV Distribution Panel consisting of following: a) Main incomer- 250A FP MCCB 36 kA, 230V AC, including suitable size and rating tinned copper busbar with heat shrinkable sleeve (R Y B N), including DMC /SMC supports, earthing strips for panel, LED Type R,Y,B Status Indicating Lamp, voltmeter, 6 A SP MCB, Energy Meter along with interconnecting wiring work.- 1 No. b) Star Delta Starter suitable for 20 HP Air Blower with 50 Amp TP MCCB 25KA, 230V AC Contactors, Relays, timer, Start, Stop Push Button, A/M Selector Switch, MCBs, including suitable size & rating Neutral links, interconnecting wiring etc. – 1 No. c) Star Delta Starter suitable for 15 HP Air Blower with 40 Amp TP MCCB 25KA, 230V AC Contactors, Relays, timer, Start, Stop Push Button, A/M Selector Switch, MCBs, including suitable size & rating Neutral links, interconnecting Wiring etc. – 1 No. d) DOL starter suitable for 3 HP vertical fresh water pumps - 16 A TP MCB including interconnecting wiring - 2 nos. e) DOL starter suitable for 7.5 HP vertical fresh water pumps - 32 A TP MCB including interconnecting wiring - 1 no. f) DOL starter suitable for 7.5 HP Booster Mono block pump - 32 A TP MCB including interconnecting wiring - 2 nos. g) DOL starter suitable for 3 HP vertical Sewage raw water Pumps - 16 A TP MCB including interconnecting wiring - 2 nos. h) DOL starter suitable for 1.5 HP sump mono block pump - 16 A TP MCB including interconnecting wiring - 2 nos. i) LIGHTING DB - 63A FP MCB, 10A TO 32A SP MCB, with Neutral Link j) Mounting arrangement of suitable size M.S. Frame duly painted, foundation and earthing arrangement. Earthing to the all equipment shall be provided through GI strip /wire from main earthing service as per the instructions.

Disconnect Dismantle & Removal of Existing LV DB panel after disconnecting its incoming/outgoing cables, etc. & fixing of new LV DB panel mentioned at Sr. No-1 as per instructions complete with mounting suitable size M.S. frame duly painted, foundation & earthing arrangement.

Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new (similar to 7.5 HP) vertical type Pump set as per site requirement including necessary plumbing work to connect to the existing pipeline. (Refer technical specifications)

Supply, Delivery, Laying & Termination of 4C X 2.5 SQ.MM Copper PVC Armoured Cable as per instructions.

Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of new (similar to 3 HP) vertical type Pump set as per site requirement including necessary plumbing work to connect to the existing pipeline. (Refer technical specifications)

Supply, Delivery, Laying & Termination of 4C X 6 SQ.MM Copper PVC Armoured Cable as per instructions.
