The bid capacity required in the given tender includes: 1. Technical Capacity: - The applicant should be Importer/Exporter or should have experience in handling/ managing/ operating liquid storage facilities/ Tankage Terminals. - The applicant should have handled One Lakh Tons of Liquid Cargo in the last 3 years ending 31.03.2024. 2. Financial Capacity: - The Applicant shall have a minimum Annual Average Turnover of ₹ 13.81 Crore in any three financial years in the last five financial years preceding 31st March 2024. - The Applicant shall have a minimum Net Worth of ₹ 11.51 Crore at the close of the year ending on 31st March 2024. Formulas: - Annual Average Turnover = Total Turnover for 3 years / 3 - Net Worth = (Proprietor’s capital/ Partner’s Capital/ Paid Up Capital + free reserve) - intangible assets - Premium Amount per sqm per month = Bidder's quoted amount per sqm per month - Reserve Price (Rs. 319.56/sqm/month) The Earnest Money Deposit is Rs. 27,60,205/-. The area for which this Premium Amount is applicable is approximately 7162.12 sqm. The Highest Premium Amount per sqm per month over and above the Reserve Price shall constitute the sole criteria for evaluation of Bids.
