Supply, delivery, Installation, testing and commissioning of LED flood light fitting of not less than 460 Watts and as per specifications on each of the high mast tower with supply & fixing of suitable heavy duty GI Clamps, GI pipes, S.S. nut bolts, etc. and necessary modification to the lighting towers including cutting, welding, fixing etc. The guarantee period for the LED fittings shall be 5 Years from the date of handing over. The work also includes supply of required material such as 3C x 1.5 Sq mm of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor cable, lugs, suitable size double compression brass glands, SMC JB’s & Die cast aluminium DB’s etc. and interconnecting wiring between luminaries, JB’s/ DB’s boxes etc. & to the instructions.

Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of outdoor type double door (inner & outer) control panel made out of SS enclosure, grade 304, 14 guage, IP 66, internally embeded gasket with provision for cable entry through glands. The control panel must be of appropriate size to accommodate the following switch gears with interconnecting wiring between the switchgear by using PVC insulated PVC sheathed or sleeved copper conductor wires, busbar. The control panel shall be provided with canopy, necessary locking arrangement and pedestal mounting type on S.S. Angle frame of 25x25x5 mm size and shall comprise of the following items with necessary clearances. 1) Switch Fuse Unit 63 Amp-01 No, 2) FP MCB-20 A-02 No (O/G), 3) TP MCB-01 No.10A- for High Mast motor, 4) TP Contactor 16 A with 230 V operating coil-02 Nos for Forward/Reverse of Motor, 5) Digital Astronomer Timer 24 Hrs - 01 No, 6) TP Contactor (main) 40 A with 230 V operating coil-01 No, 7) Digital Energy Meter 01 No, 8) Auto/Manual selector switch 6A-01 No, 9) Hoisting/Lowering Push Button -01 Set, 10) Connector 2 or 3 set of 4 Nos. for 4Cx 50 mm² (1- I/C & 1 or 2- O/G) cable, 02 sets of 04-Nos. for 4Cx6 mm² (O/G) cables and 01 set of 04 Nos. for 4Cx1.5 mm², 11) Provision for Earthing connection to the control panel, 12) Door operated LED Panel light of 5 watt, 230 V. Manufacturer shall submit a copy of test report for degree of ingress protection as per IEC 60529. The frame of the control panel shall be grouted in the ground with cement concrete prepared out of cement mortar of M20 grade (1:1.5:3) as per specifications and to the instructions.

Construction of Pile Foundation: The successful bidder has to prepare the structural design & drawing for construction of foundation for High mast tower (30 mtrs height) through MCGM registered (Licensed) Structural Engineer and submit the foundation drawing for approval. The submitted drawing shall be approved by the Civil Engineering Department, MbPA. The construction of foundation shall be carried out only as per the approved drawing, incorporating changes as suggested by MbPA, if any. The work also includes supply of foundation bolts of suitable size manufactured from steel along with nuts & washers (hot dip galvanized), adequate size of anchor plates and templates etc. for providing suitable foundation for each high mast

Construction of one pile cap including excavation in trenches for foundation as per required depth and width, providing & laying rubble packing with approved quantity rubble handset 150mm thick including filling the stones/chips/grit/stone dust etc. watering and consolidating etc providing and laying cement concreter (1:3:6) or M10 grade in foundation including cost of shuttering And curring providing and laying RMC M30 grade concrete of approved mix design procured from reputed RMC Plant and placing at work, providing and laying HYSD bars/reinforcement for RCC pile members including cutting, bending, placing in position as per drawing etc. complete as directed. Note: The foundation bolts shall be provided in the pile cap reinforcement as per high mast vendor drawing. The cost ofconcrete block ( Pedestal) above the pile cap shall be included in the item.

Construction of one pile of 450 mm Dia. Per meter length including boring in cast in situ pile using grab/bailer and driving the steel casing upto required depth through any soil or material etc., Boring for cast in situ pile using chisel and driving steel casing upto required depth and socketing in the rock through the hard strata/rocks/boulders, providing and fixing HYSD bars including main bars and helical stirrups as shown in the drawing, providing and laying RMC M30 grade concrete and approved mix design procured from reputed RMC plant and placing for pile at work etc. complete as directed but excluding M. S. liner etc complete. (Note: Payment shall be made for actual length at pile driven at site)

Providing, placing and driving in position 6mm thick permanent M. S. liner upto required depth with 12 mm thick M. S. cutting edge of 0.50 M length of bottom including fabricating cutting the M. S. sheet to required diameter and shape, welding the joints and driving with the help of required machineries including all material, labour and lift etc. complete as directed. (Note: Payment shall be made for actual length at M. S. liner driven at site)

Earthing pit by auguring and installation of Copper Coated electrolytically bonded 250 micron MS Earth Rod of 17.2 mm dia. 3 mtr long Earth enhancement compound 25 Kg. connector for testing link complete with inspection chamber made out of brick masonry and cast iron inspection cover duly painted and marked. The resistance of earthing station shall be tested with calibrated Earth Resistance Tester and results recorded as required.

The earth electrode shall be connected to the High Mast at Sr. No. 2 and feeder pillar at Sr. No. 26 using 2 Nos. G.I. earthing strip at Sr. No.8 above, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer, welding etc. and to the instructions. The system shall incorporate grid earthing by interconnection between the earth electrode, High Mast, High Mast Control Panel and Distribution panel to the instructions. The resistance of earthing station shall be tested with calibrated Earth Resistance Tester and results recorded as required.

Supply & Delivery of G.I earthing strip of size 25 mm x 3 mm

The earth electrode shall be connected to the High Mast control panel at Sr. No. 5/ Distribution panel at Sr. No. 25 using 2 No. G.I. earthing strip at Sr. No. 10 above, including connection/terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer, welding etc. and to the instructions. The system shall incorporate grid earthing by interconnection between the earth electrode, High Mast, High Mast Control Panel and Distribution panel to the instructions. The resistance of earthing station shall be tested with calibrated Earth Resistance Tester and results recorded as required.

PVC/XLPE - A - PVC cable, 1100 volts grade of various sizes in the trench of 900 mm (approx.) depth from the ground level by excavating suitable trench in any type of soil/asphalt/concrete including cleaning the cable trenches, the cable using rollers, jacks, etc., dressing the cable, back filling the cable trenches after protection to the cable by providing soft screened earth/sand upto a height of 100 mm below the cable and 150 mm above the cable and placing whole red bricks all along the run of the cable and removing all surplus excavated earth from site to the satisfaction of MbPT Site Engineer as required.

Supply, Delivery, laying of RCC pipe of size 150 mm dia, NP-2 class with necessary RCC jointing collar ring including laying RCC pipes at a depth of about 900 mm trench across roads, culverts, across railway tracks, for passing the cables drains, etc. for laying of L.T. PVC/XLPE - A - PVC cable, 1100 volts grade of various sizes.

Providing rail guard of suitable size to the power supply panel and high mast tower by using M.S. ‘I’ channel of size 100 mm X 50 mm comprising 04 Nos. vertical members and 08 Nos. horizontal members constructed/joined by nut bolts/ using welding complete as per instructions and grouting by c.c. foundation complete. The work includes excavating the site to the required depth and dimensions for the rail guard foundation and ensuring proper alignment of the structure. Grouting is to be completed by casting a concrete foundation as per specifications for stability and durability. Backfilling around the foundation is to be done using the excavated soil. and removing all surplus excavated earth from site. The M.S. ‘I’ channel, as stated above, shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer, followed by two coats of black enamel paint, and finished with yellow strips as per instructions. The installation is to be completed following all provided instructions to the satisfaction of MbPA Site Engineer as required.

Supply, Delivery and making cable end termination and connection with double compression type high quality nickel plated brass gland including brass lock nuts, internal gasket and ingress protection IP66 and aluminium lugs for size 4C x 16 sq.mm PVC/XLPE - A - PVC cable at Sr. No. 21 with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade. The scope of work involves connecting a 16 Sq mm aluminium cable between high mast of Road junction and Feeder Pillar No. 2 located near 9 VD pump room. The cable shall be properly terminated at both ends, with secure gland fittings, lugs etc. and to the instructions.

The Distribution panel shall be provided with canopy, necessary locking arrangement and pedestal mounting type on S.S. Angle frame of 25x25x5 mm size and shall comprise of the following items with necessary clearances. 1) 3 Phase, FP, change over Switch 150Amp -01 No (both I/C 4 C x 50 mm2) 2) O/G MCCB’s 125 Amp- 02 Nos with provision of cable termination. 3) Connectors for 4C x 50 mm2- 04 Sets. 4) R,Y,B Phase Indication Lamps, 5) Provision of Earthing connection to the control panel, 6) Door operated LED Panel light of 5 watt, 230 V. Manufacturer shall submit a copy of test certificate for degree of ingress protection as per IEC 60529. The frame of the control panel shall be grouted in the ground with cement concrete prepared out of cement mortar of M20 grade (1:1.5:3) as per specifications and to the instructions.

Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a straight-through cable jointing kit, heat shrinkable type, complete with all necessary accessories, including ferrules. The jointing kit shall be suitable for 3.5-core, 400 Sq.mm L.T. XLPE-A-PVC cables of 1100 V grade, specifically for joining XLPE-A-PVC to XLPE-A-PVC aluminium conductor cable. The required cable will be provided by MbPA. The material and performance shall conform to specifications similar to 3M-make or equivalent, ensuring reliability, durability, and compliance with applicable standards.

Supply and delivery of LED flood light fitting of not less than 400 Watts and as per specifications

Installation, Testing and commissioning of the LED flood light fittings at Sr. No. 28 on the Parapet Wall of the terrace of the CMC building with suitable mounting frames/brackets/clamps by using XLPE insulated armoured PVC sheathed cable of size 4C x 2.5 sq. mm at Sr. No. 31, laying on the parapet wall of the building & terminating the cable from nearest supply source to control panel and from control panel to loop In /Out with each JB. The 3C x 1.5 sq. mm cable at Sr. No. 32 with copper conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade shall be laid between luminaries & JB’s and to the instructions. The work also includes supply of mounting frames/brackets/clamps of light fittings, saddles/spacers, screws, junction boxes, distribution boxes/boards, suitable cable glands & lugs etc.

Conduit pipe with saddling of conduit on the wall as per specifications and to the instructions.
