The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific cost criteria. The bidder must have completed at least one of the following: - At least one single similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 2,94,06,030/-. - At least two similar completed works each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 1,83,78,769/-. - At least three similar completed works each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 1,47,03,015/-. The definition of similar work includes provision of trained, uniformed, and maintenance manpower for maintenance (civil works) of Metro Railways/Railways/Roadways/Monorail/Airports in Government Departments/Public Sector Units, or works involving provision of skilled, trained, uniformed, and computer-literate manpower in Government Departments/Public Sector Units. The bidder should have completed similar kinds of work with specific cost values, including: - 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 1,47,03,015.12 - 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 1,83,78,768.89 - 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs 2,94,06,230.23 The estimated cost of the work is Rs 3,67,57,537.79. The bidder must have completed similar works for the last 7 financial years ending 31st January 2025. All documentary proofs of such similar works done along with satisfactory performance reports from the end customers are to be enclosed. Completed work means either fully completed & paid or if ongoing work, then the value of completed portion of work and paid till 31.03.2025.
