The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works, which are defined as Building repairs works such as Waterproofing, Plumbing, Flooring, Plastering, Painting, and miscellaneous work carried out under a single work order in a Govt./Semi Govt. Organization. The bidder should have completed at least 30% of the tender item quantity in any one year in the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed works of similar type and magnitude during the last three financial years, with a value of at least 80% of the cost put to tender. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last Seven (7) years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 1.74 Crs. each) - Or, two similar completed works, each work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 2.18 Crs. each) - Or, one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 3.49 Crs. each) Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 7 years should be at least 30% of the completed works, with each work valued at least Rs. 1.31 Crs. The bidder should have completed: a. One similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 1.74 Crs.). b. Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 2.18 Crs. each). c. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (i.e., Rs. 3.49 Crs.). The bidder should have carried out the following quantities of items of work in any one year in the last 7 years: - Polymeric waterproofing coating: 16242.80 Sq.m - Terrace Waterproof by Membrane: 1800 Sq.m - Sand Face plaster: 4872 Sq.m - External wall Waterproof Paint: 16242 Sq.m - PVC Soil vent/ Waste Pipe / Rainwater pipes: 1900 Rmt. - Polymer Cement injection grouting: 9150 Kg - Polymer Micro concrete: 1300 Sq.m The value of similar works completed should be updated to 2023-2024 prices with a weightage of 5% per annum.
