The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last five years. The definition of similar work includes repair and maintenance of 25 kV Electric Traction Overhead Equipment or Power Supply Installations, provision of manpower for such equipment or installations, or execution of such equipment or installations in Railways, Metro Railways, or PSU of Indian Railways. The required prior work experience for the bidder can be in the form of: - At least one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is ₹10,39,99,568/- including taxes. - Alternatively, at least two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is ₹6,49,99,730/- including taxes. - Or, at least three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is ₹5,19,99,784/- including taxes. The bidder needs to provide the completed part of the contract value, quantum of similar work done, and a performance certificate duly substantiated with a client certificate. The contract value and the percentage of similar works completed should be mentioned, along with the currency and equivalent INR value as on the date of tender submission. The information about the prior work experience of the bidder should be submitted in a specific format, which includes details such as contract nature of work, contract identification, award date, completion date, contract value, employer’s name, and address. A separate sheet for each work should be submitted, along with a certificate from the client stating that the work was satisfactorily completed.
