The bidder should have successfully completed similar works/services during the last five years ending 31st May 2025. The similar work experience requirements are as follows: - At least one similar completed work/service, costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the annual estimated cost of the tendered work, i.e., Rs 2,15,10,630/- - At least two similar completed work/service, each costing not less than an amount equal to 50% of the annual estimated cost of the tendered work, i.e., Rs 1,34,44,144/- - At least three similar completed work/service, each costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the annual estimated cost of the tendered work, i.e., Rs 1,07,55,315/- The definition of similar work/service is carrying out the supply of technically skilled and trained manpower for track maintenance works of Railway/Metro Railway. The bidder should have prior work experience in similar works, with certificates of satisfactory completion issued by an authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder should upload copies of such experience certificates. In terms of specific values, the bidder is required to fill out a form detailing their similar works experience. The bidder is required to have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the work, which is Rs. 1,61,32,972. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 5,37,76,574.72, inclusive of GST. The bidder should have completed similar works of a certain magnitude, but the exact value and percentage are also specified as at least one completed work/service, costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the annual estimated cost of the tendered work.
