The important information given under the technical capacity header, specifically related to prior work experience, includes: * The experience for each category would be computed as per the weight of the following factors to arrive at its aggregated Eligible Experience, with weights ranging from 0.75 to 1. * The Technical capacity in respect of an Eligible Project situated in a developed country which is a member of OECD shall be further multiplied by a factor of 0.5. * The Bidder shall quote experience in respect of a particular Eligible Project under any one category only, and double counting for a particular Eligible Project shall not be permitted in any form. * Experience for any activity relating to an Eligible Project shall not be claimed by two or more Members of the Joint Venture. * For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Categories 1 and 2, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. * The capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the amount specified as the Estimated Project Cost. * The entity claiming experience shall, during the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have itself undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half (50%) of the Project Cost of eligible projects, excluding any part of the project for which any contractor, sub-contractor or other agent was appointed for the purposes of construction. * Receipts of or work executed amount less than Rs. 2.31 Crore shall not be reckoned as receipts for eligible projects. * The bidder shall have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s), or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs.34.77 Crore (the “Threshold Technical Capacity”). * For normal Highway projects, at least one similar work (Rock Fall Protection System, Rock fall barrier of 7m height capacity 5000KJ equal or more) of 20% of Estimated Project (Cost & Quantity) [Rs. 9.27 Crore] shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. * A project shall be considered to be completed, if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed and such completed value of work is equal to or more than 20% of the estimated project cost. * The Bidder shall necessarily demonstrate additional experience in construction of Major Bridge/ROBs/Flyovers/Tunnel in the last 10 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, with specific requirements for different sizes of bridges and tunnels. * The Bidder should have received payments from its client(s) for construction works executed, fully or partially, during the 5 financial years immediately preceding the bid due date. * The minimum net worth of the Bidder should be 5% of the Estimated Project Cost of the Project for which bids are being invited. * The values of Civil Engineering Works in respect of EPC Projects undertaken during the last 5 years, including the value of Civil Engineering Works, amount of bonus received, and net value excluding bonus. * The maximum value of projects undertaken during the last 5 years, excluding bonus, and its updated value using an updation factor. * The amount of bonus received in EPC Projects during the last 5 years, updated to the current price level using an updation factor. * The value of all existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 2.5 years, including the name of project/work, percentage of participation of the Bidder in the project, value of contract, value of work completed, balance value of work to be completed, anticipated date of completion, and balance value of work at the 2021-22/2021 price level. * The updation factors for different years, ranging from 1.00 to 1.20.Similar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience include: 1.
