Office Furniture and Equipment (Rental) (Brand new Furniture and Equipment shall be mandatory at the time of commencement of services as per the list given below. The rental rate per month shall be quoted for the total list of Office Furniture and Equipment) The cost shall include rental charges towards all such furniture and equipment as required for proper functioning of office. chairs ( 10 Nos) , visitor chairs (5 Nos), steel almirahs ( 4 Nos) , computer furniture ( 5 Nos) , conference table ( 3 Nos) etc. Office equipment shall include as a minimum of 1 Nos telephone (1 external & 10 internal lines), 01 No. photocopier scanner (15ppm, 10,000 copies per month with A3 & A4 input), PCs (5 Nos, Intel Core 2 Duo E8300, 19‟‟ colour TFT, Cache-6MB, RAM-4 GB, SSD-512 GB, DVD Writer, Key board, optical scroll mouse, MS -office, Windows 11 Vista Business, pre-loaded anti-virus etc.), 03 Nos brand new Laptops to be submitted to N H Officials ( 02 Nos for N. H. Sub-Division & 01 No for N.H. Division purpose) having configuration of Intel EVO Core i5 12th Gen - (12 MB cache, 12 cores, i5-1240P processor, RAM 16 GB LPDDR5 , 512 GB SSD Gen 4, Windows 11 Home, 13.4” Inch, With MS Office 2021) preferably “Dell XPS 13 Plus laptop” or similar type, Laser Printers cum Scanner (2 Nos , 14 ppm, 266 MHZ, 5000 pages per month, 600x600 dpi or better etc., 1 Nos color printer 1000 pages per month, Engineering Plan printer (1 no.), binding machine (1 no.), 1 Nos plotter A0 size, 1 Nos overhead projector, AC (1 no., 1.5 Ton), Water Coolers (as required)etc.

Reports & Document Printing :- Monthly reports ( Design and construction )

Half yearly reports

Various other reports as provided in the EPC agreement such as completion report

Survey and investigation :- Surface defects detection and roughness measurement using network survey vehicle

Pavement strength measurement using FWD

Bridge inspection using Mobile Bridge Inspection Unit

Road signs inspection using retro reflectometer

Contigencies :- A fixed amount of INR One Million (i.e. 10,00,000/-) shall be included in the financial proposal. Pl refer RFP.
