ACMC of AHUs system - First Year , Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Air Handling units system containing different capacity of AHUs (total 29 AHUs with total CFM capacity of 349000 CFM), with air distribution ducting system & chilled water distribution piping system & its parts including valves, strainers, Electrical panels, VFD, starter Panels, Cabling, wiring. AHU Motor i/c rewinding, replacement of all type of (Shaft / Blocks) bearings, alignment, fabrication, replacing of necessary spare parts. It is required to carryout routine-preventive & breakdown maintenance, servicing and repairing, etc. complete as required as per Special conditions & Schedule of Maintenance, site requirement and direction of Engineer In charge. a) First Year

ACMC of Chilled Water pumping system-First Year , Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Chilled water Pumping system (02 Nos x 50 HP) & (02 Nos x 40 HP - These 02 pumps are under DLP for one year so only preventive maintaince is to be carried out for 1st Year) and condenser water pumping system (04 x 25 HP) consists of pump motor sets, starter panels, piping with component and other accessories i/c Motor rewinding, pump overhauling, replacement of bearings, panel contactors, bushes, single phase preventers, relays, fuses, timers, TPN/MCBs, connectors, necessary wiring, gland rope, replacing of necessary spare parts, connecting piping with its parts including valves & strainers. It is required to carryout routine-preventive & breakdown maintenance, servicing and repairing, etc. complete as required as per Special Conditions & Schedule of Maintenance, site requirement and direction of Engineer In charge. a) First Year

ACMC of Low Side HVAC System - First Year , Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Low side of the HVAC system including (iii) 2 X 500 TR Cooling Tower along with total 04 nos. 10 HP motor and accessories with fan motor sets and VFD starter control panel i/c Motor rewinding, replacement of bearings, fan mechanism over hauling, replacing of necessary spare parts, connecting piping with its parts including valves & strainers. It is required to carryout routine-preventive & breakdown maintenance, servicing and repairing, etc. complete as required as per Special Conditions & Schedule of Maintenance, site requirement and direction of Engineer In charge. a) First Year

Repairing of existing fire damper system , Repairing of the existing fire damper system, work includes required wiring, replacement of the components, etc. complete as required as per the site condition and direction of the Engineer-in charge

Repairing of the AHU door interlocking system safety system , Repairing of the AHU door interlocking system safety system, including required wiring and switchgears so that AHU get automatic shutdown/ cannot operate and AHU inside light shall illuminated during door opening , complete as required to makes per the site conditions and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of the 50 mm. synthetic type air pre filter , Supply and installation of the 50 mm. synthetic type air pre filter, washable type with aluminum side support frame and internal reinforcement bars for providing strengthening. It can be suitable with existing ZECO make AHU and it easily removable type for cleaning/maintenance activities. It shall have the efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size. Complete as requires as per the site conditions and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Chemical for antiscaling for cooling tower , Supply of Chemical for antiscaling for cooling tower as per relevant IS, etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of UV lamps - 36 W , Supply and fixing of UV lamps of the following ratings as and when required. a) 36 W

Supply and fixing of UV lamps - 48 W , Supply and fixing of UV lamps of the following ratings as and when required. b) 48 W

Supply and fixing of UV lamps - 63 W , Supply and fixing of UV lamps of the following ratings as and when required. c) 63 W

Supply and fixing of UV lamps - 108 W , Supply and fixing of UV lamps of the following ratings as and when required. d) 108 W

Supply and fixing of Drivers of UV lamps , Supply and fixing of Drivers of UV lamps of the different ratings as and when required.

Carrying out the works for items covered in Delhi Schedule of Rates , Carrying out the works for items covered in Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR Electrical) 2018 (E&M) published by CPWD as per General Specification for HVAC works 2004 and other specification of electrical works with amendments as on date for an amount of Rs. 50,000.00 as required. Note - Agency has to quote the rate as per the guidance given in the special conditions contract and as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.EXAMPLE FOR QUOTING RATES BELOW 5% OF DSR ITEM RATES, CONTRACTOR SHOULD QUOTE 0.95 IN RATE COLUMN AND FOR QUOTING RATES ABOVE 5% OF DSR ITEM RATES, CONTRACTOR SHOULD QUOTE 1.05 IN RATE COLUMN.
