Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed

M&L for forming contraction (dummy) joints 65mm deepx10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade A.

M&L for Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound with sealing compound grade A

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick in CM 1:4 including water proofing compound, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for plastering in CM 1:6, 10 mm thick on walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1:- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete all as specified & directed. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6:- All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etc out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic tiles (Coloured) 7 to 8mm thick rectangular area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm n exc 0.11 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x200mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado and risers to steps and including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles. etc, all as specified and directed.

Chipping, removing carefully loose/damaged concrete including plastering from surfaces of RCC members, in any location by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and disposal of debris out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1) Hard concrete shall not be removed by force

M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hour between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured).

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' [Make : M/s. Krishna Conchem (EPCO KP-100) / BASF (MasterProtect®8000Cl)] on RCC surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured).

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar / concrete to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete/ new mortar by brush application, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit, exceeding 20mm thick and not exceeding 40mm thick in two layers, each of equal thickness including levelling, profilling etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for casting & repairing of excessively damaged distressed RCC members (exceeding 60mm in thikness) with prebatched, prepacked, single component ready to use microconcrete from Fosroc (Renderoc RG) or equivalent of Dr. Fixit as approved by GE, at any level/ height and at any lead or lift as directed including prefabricated water tight formwork, centering, scaffolding, also including mixing , laying, levelling, finishing, curing etc as per manufacturer's specifications and all other relevant works, complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Reinforcement only shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to n length , bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or escuring with clips quality confirming to

All as per item No 23 but upto 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders all as specified by Engr-in-charge

Routine maitenance of rolling shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed. All as per iteme No.23 but for Area of shutter exc 10.00 sqm but n.exc 20.00 sqm (maximum size 5.15m in height) (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing. (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the unserviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Replacement of the unserviceable accessories such as shaft helical spring, rollers, MS lsth sheets hood covers, cast iron wheels including drilling, welding etc complete. (e) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid seperetely).

Routine maitenance of rolling shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed. All as per iteme No.23 but for Area of shutter exc 20.00 sqm but n.exc 40.00 sqm (maximum size 6.77m) (a) Taking down hood covers for carrying out routine maintenance and refixing. (b) Dismantling the MS and CI works of any description such as sheets, shafts, cost iron wheels lath etc and taking down helical springs, rollers and other accessories etc. (c) Refixing the unserviceable accessories such as shafts, helical springs, rollers lath sheets, cast iron wheels etc. (d) Replacement of the unserviceable accessories such as shaft helical spring, rollers, MS lsth sheets hood covers, cast iron wheels including drilling, welding etc complete. (e) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid separetely).

Supply only mild steel lock plate 150mm width 3.15mm thickness reinforced with MS angle of 35x35x5 mm at bottom including pulling handle sliding bolt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel gear box including gear wheels of rolling shutter machine cut with MS shaft 25mm bore heavy grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS roller of 50mm to 60mm dia including nuts bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS roller of 65 mm to 75mm dia including nuts bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS accessories for rolling shutter repair such as shaft helical prings , pully ,lath sheets ,cast iron wheels etc as specification and directed .

S & F in repair Steel rolling shutter ( thickness of lath 1.25mm thick) without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, and including taking down of any thickness etc, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle etc complete all as specified and directed.

Routine maintenance of sliding door shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed:- (A) Area of shutter n.exc 5.00 sqm of each leaf (a) Dismantling of MS works of any description such as rollers pulleys, guides, bottom sliding tracks and corrugated sheets including necessary straightening of bends. (b) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (c) Replacement of unserviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid separetely).

Routine maintenance of sliding door shutter of following sizes the maintenance including the following all as specified and directed:- (B) Area of shutter exc 5.00 sqm but n. exc 10.00 sqm of each leaf (a) Dismantling of MS works of any description such as rollers pulleys, guides, bottom sliding tracks and corrugated sheets including necessary straightening of bends. (b) Refixing the serviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (c) Replacement of unserviceable accessories such as rollers, pulleys, guides, channels bottom sliding tracks corrugated sheets etc. (d) Cleaning, oiling, greasing etc complete of all movable parts all as required at site (Note- The parts and accessories to be replaced shall be measured and paid separetely).

Dismantling of roof terracing and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for supply and application of 7 layer SHR water proof coating system on leaking concrete surface by thorough surface preperation, opening of cracks, followed by one absorption coat of thermacool WP51, nano modified, UV resistant elastomeric clear coating having min 50% solids, filling of cracks, then over coating with sand witch coat of elastomeric ( Thermacool WP51 +Cement) water proofing layer with 80 GSM non woven fibre mesh, application of 3rd coat of elastomeric water proofing layer having 450% elongation ,tensile strength min 2.2MPa and then top coated with two coats of thermacool 0.3c pure acrylic based UV resistant , non yellowing bio organism resistant (anti fungal, anti bacterial) solar reflective coating confirming to BIS STTD IS 17218: 2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8MPa, passes 20 hrs accelerated durability test, suitable for all types of cementitious surfaces, white colour, matt, surface coverage 3.25sqm/ltr/2 coat ,DFT 100-120 microns using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable and application is to be done with Thermacool approved applicator with ten year guarantee all as specified. Or equivalent make of Dr.Fixit/ BASF/ Fosroc/ Asian paints/ IWL with their specification with authorised applicator with 10 year guarantee.

S &F in repairs Mild steel screw bolts of dia 5 to 10mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc 10cm and n exc 15cm long. Note:-Height of the store house is above 8m.

M&L dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plastering in CM 1:3 , 5mm thick on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two coat of oil bound distemper including application of 3mm thick white cement based putty putty for smooth finish.etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of antifungal paint (Apex ultima Protek of Asian Paints or equivalent in approved makes) over a coat of exterior primer (Professional pack of Asian Paint) on newly prepared plastered external surfaces and including scaffoldings and cradle including hoisting and lowering as required with bracing, support complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 16,000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
