M&L for Formwork to Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions; vertical or to batter or batter rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry,built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone wall and ceiling surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two coats (10 + 5 mm), both coat mixed with integral water proofing compound ISI Marked @ 2% by the weight of cement and finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal weather resistant acrylic paint over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufacturer's instructions including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection, removing clear off site after credit for the same is recovered by the dept., bore of pipe 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore U- PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. with all fittings completed all as specifiec and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finishing the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat OBD on newly plastered in ceiling surface with airless electric sprayers over a coat of primer applied using airless electric sprayers over over two coats of wall care putty (Asian product code - 0079 or JK wall care putty / Birla white wall care putty) of 1-1.5 mm thickness prepared and sanded with electrically operated sanding machine.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) and including grills/ guard bars not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete as directed

S & F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet , suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing

S&F 30 mm thick factory made both side Prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet. Stile and rails feathered at edges consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded palin colour PVC `C' channel heaving a Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame wedded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

M & L 9 to 10 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles ( square/ rectangular) with border , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles ncluding over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles. etc, all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of roof terracing cement / brick concrete (un-reinforced) and existing water proofing treatment of any thickness in any position and of any portion from top of roof of building, cleaning surface of roof with wire brush / mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust / dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete roof slab and removal of rubbish / demolished material out of MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions water proofing as in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type B2 using 40mm graded agg as in foundation mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for special treatment for sunken portion of WCs/ Bath & toilet executed in following stages:- Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debris outside MD land etc Complete. Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd in the proportion/quantity all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 23,110.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit. Note 1:- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
