NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part XII, Bidders shall insert their rate in Column-6 only and the Estimated rate indicated as "0.0" are for that purpose.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XII (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas, depth not exceeding 1.5 m in all kind of soils, including getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm in plan) and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipes or underground cables etc., in all kind of soils, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, and getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting with extruded polycarbonate environmental friendly energy efficient 20W, 6500K, 220V, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing sheet metal enclosure for VTPN DBs for using MCCBs as incomer suitable for triple pole neutral, 8 way having copper bus bar rated 200 amps completely suitable for MCCB TPN upto 200 amps as incomer and MCB TPN-06 Nos as outgoing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB & MCB shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part III or Part XII.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing sheet metal enclosure for TPN DBs for using MCB as incomer suitable for triple pole neutral, 4 way having copper bus bar rated 200 amps completely suitable for MCCB TPN upto 63 amps as incomer and MCB as outgoing, complete all as specified and directed. Note: MCCB & MCB shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' Part III or Part XII.

Supply and fixing MCCB thermal magnetic release four pole 16 KA 125 Amps and make connections to be fixed in DBs, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 420016/ L&T/ABB or equivalent model in the makes listed in Appendix 'C

Supply and fixing MCCB thermal magnetic release four pole 16 KA 160 Amps and make connections to be fixed in DBs, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 420017/ L&T/ABB or equivalent model in the makes listed in Appendix 'C

Supply and fixing MCCB thermal magnetic release TPN 10 KA 40 Amps and make connections to be fixed in DBs, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 420002/ L&T/ABB or equivalent model in the makes listed in Appendix 'C

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron (DI) pipe of size 150 mm dia with spigot/ socket ends centrifugally cast type ISI marked in any length, laid in trenches and completely connected with jointing material (Rubber tyton joints) complete all as specified and directed. Note Excavation, Earthwork and fittings shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing mechanical Tee size 200mmx100 mm made out of MS sheet fabricated as per existing site requirement including long MS nuts bolts, rubber gasket cutting of pipe of any size Gl/CI/MS/AC pipe complete all as specified and directed Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall included in quoted unit rate.

M&L Construction of valve chamber of size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000 mm including MS cover complete including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in base concrete 100 mm thick, old size fly ash brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 with 15 mm thick plaster internally in CM 1:6 and 15 mm thick externally in CM 1:4 with 2 mm thick MS sheet cover with hinges and locking arrangements with Pad lock including lifting handle arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm MS angle complete with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all steel work and three coats of white washing on plastered surfaces of valve chamber, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall include in quoted unit rate.

M&L water meter both end flange type of size 100mm dia including necessary fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved factory make LT panel board outdoor type pedestal mounted dust proof, weather proof, vermin proof front side double door hinge type with locking arrangement rear side single door hinge type with locking arrangement, sheet steel cubical type with slanting roof made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet with powder coated finished suitable length and size. High conductivity 3 phase and neutral aluminium bus bar of 600 Amps capacity duly mounted on pre cast insulators including earth work excavation, PCC foundation necessary coping work, nuts and bolts and connecting electrically with suitable copper cable lug, cable glands etc., complete all as specified and directed to accommodate the following :-

Incoming:- (a) MCCB 315 amps 4 pole 36 KA- 1 Nos. (incoming from Transformer) (b) Advanced multi functional meter 4420 series LCD meter C1 with RS481 MAKE :- CAT No WC442011OOOO of L& T /Siemens/Schneider. (c) LED type indication lamp for RYB. Outgoing:- (d) MCCB 315 amps 4 pole 25 KA - 01 Nos. (e) MCB 32 amps 4 pole 16 KA- 01 Nos. (f) Three phase electric meter- 01 Nos. (g) Timer switch including necessary contactors MCB, relay timer and by pass arrangement for street light fitting-01 Nos.

Supply and fixing of fibre looping box with connector and MCB SP 2 to 10 Amps of size 250x200x100 mm including making connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of out door type step down transformer, copper wounded having primary side for HT Three Phase 11 KV & secondary for 3 phase 433 Volts, 4 wire 50hz of capacity 160 KVA as per IS-1180 Part-lll 2021 Level-3 with and including following specifications. (a) No load voltage ratio-11 Kl// 0.433 KV (b) Nos of phase-three (c) Type of cooling- ONAN (d) Frequency-50 Hz (e) Vector group-DYN 11 (f) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral (g) Oil level gauge indicating oil level with r.1inimum and maximum indication.

(h) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to lS335. (i) Lifting lugs rollers and MS terminal Box on both HT and L T side. (j)) Rating and terminal marking plates. (k) Dehydrating breathing device which would not permit ingress of moisture, rain water and insects. (l) Drain-cum-sampling valve (3/4" nominal size thread) preferably steel with plug. (m) Thermometer pocket (n) Oil filling hole( 1-1/4" Nominal size thread) with cover (transformer with conservator). (o) Connection-Delta/Star. (p) Temperature rise in oil-40 deg Celsius (q) Temperature rise in windings- 45 deg Celsius (r) Material winding-Copper wound (s) High voltage/low voltage with cable box (t) Service-Outdoor type (u) Neutral-Internally connected with earthing lead and bush (v) Off load tap changer (+7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5% with 7 position) (w} First filling of transformer oil upto recommended level. Note:- Plinth for the transformer as recommended by manufacturer shall be included in the quoted rate.
