M&L for repairs to walls of Underground Sump/ water tank of any depth of max 4mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1. Surface preparation: Empty the water from water tank followed by removing the old plasters to expose the bare concrete, the damaged concrete to be repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with SBR Latex, filling all cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex. Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder . 2. Grouting Pipe inserts: Wrapping all pipes inserts with a two way adhesion tape of make Dr. Fixit Bathseal tape and grouting the gaps space with non- shrink grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M or PMM prepared by polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. 3. Injection Treatment: Providing and fixing PVC grouting nozzles of 130mm length & 10mm outer dia, with a stopper at the outer end, shall be fixed on the concrete surface @ 1m C/C or at the particular location of water leakage, by drilling a hole of same dia and inserting up to a depth of 80mm. Cement paste mixed with Dr. Fixit Instant leak Plug shall be used to fix and seal the sides of the nozzle.The Grout shall be prepared with mix of cement & Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM expansive grouting additive in W/C ratio not morethan 0.45. The grouting shall be done under pressure of 3 kg / cm2 using grouting pump. 4.Angel Fillet: All the old/broken joints needs to be removed and provided with 50 mm X 50 mm angle fillets on the vertical up- stands, parapet wall junction corners, service units and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. 5.Waterproof Coating: Providing & Applying 2 coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 – 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers' specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. All the honeycombed areas & construction joints shall be identified and injected with cement slurry admixed with expansive additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM @ 225gms / bag of cement. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand over the final coat when it is still wet on the vertical wall surface for creating a firm key for plastering to ensure complete waterproofing. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength 1 N /mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength : 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390. 6. Protection Plaster / Screed: Providing & laying 20-25mm THK protective plaster / Screed of C:M in the ratio of 1:4 admixed with integral waterproof compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement, over the waterproofing membrane for vertical & horizontal protection. 7.Hygiene coat: Anti-microbial Coating.:Providing & applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic – two component, water-based epoxy resin having anti-algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 4 sqm / Kg, as per manufacturer's specification. The coating shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02, all as per manufacturers' specification, etc, complete. Note :- Complete treatment has to be done by Manufacturers applicator itself, Manufacturers applicator should be submitted before commencement of work and Guarantees Certificate for 5 years should be submitted of Manufacturer.

Horizontal Protection & Slope: Providing & laying 75mm THK protective screed of Cement Concrete of 1:1.5:3 mix admixed with integral compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, Pidiproof LW+ @ 220ml per bag of cement, to provide slope to the horizontal surface towards drain outlet and also to protect the waterproofing, keeping the surface broomed, curing and testing for water tightness for 7 days etc. complete 7. M&L for structural repairs to Columns,beams and slabs and chajja at maximum height of 8mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed. Hard concrete should not be removed by force. 2) M&L for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush to a shining bright finish, making the surfaces free from loose material, dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer conforming to ASTM-B-117 of make. "Feovert" of "Krishna Conchem" OR "Roff Rust Cleaner' of 'Pidilite' OR 'Shali Rustoff' of 'STP Ltd', on rebars with time interval of 1 hr between the coats, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.) 3)M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using Corroseal - ZR of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. 4) M&L for Epoxy bond coat of Make Fosroc (NITOBOND-EP) OR EPOXY BONDING AGENT of Dr. Fixit OR equivalent of M/s. Krishna Conchem as approved by GE over exposed concrete surfaces prior to application of any type of mortar to ensure bond between old concrete & new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed. 5) M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith-PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit upto 40mm thickness including levelling, profiling etc in two layers, each layer not exceeding 20mm, complete all as specified and directed. 6) M&L for 15mm thick in two coats (10+5mm) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resisitance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal rsistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shades(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10sqm over & including priming coat of extreior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces

All as per item 4 above but Providing 10mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, preparation for distempering and applying two coat of oilbound distemper over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc and 1 mm thick (minimum) white cement based wall care putty on new surfaces of walls etc, finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 4 above but providing for 5mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed make: easyplast from wall plast/readiplast from ultratech including Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on surfaces complete all as specified.

Providing and fixing additional steel bar in various structural elements like column ,beams and Slab etc. including drilling ,bending and fixing the bars tying with preleft binding wires etc.

S&F in repairs Pre-painted Corrugated galvalume sheet having aluminium zinc coating with hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon and finished with resin coat on both surfaces @ 150 gm/sqm of coating (total both surfaces) having overall width and laid width as specified GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with fixed using hot dip galvanized, self drilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetrations and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc. completely all as specified and as directed. upto maximum height of 12 Mtr

S & F in repairs Steel work Fe 410 F23-W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A in plates or gusset plates to truss all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing waterproofing treatment as specified below and at any height of roof surface including removal of watertank, plumbing line during waterproofing making good if any holes and refixing the same as directed by Accepting officer and Engineer in charge complete 1) Dismantling completely existing roof treatment (excluding cement screed bed ) including loosened cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab and making good the same in CM 1:4 and removing rubbish, etc outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge 2) M&L for averaging 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type -B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregated as in padding concrete of roof mixed with WPC in the proportion as recommanded by the manufacturer(s), complete all as specified and directed, 3) M&L 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:3) with WPC when the concrete is still green complete all as specified and directed. 4) M & L for APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed:- (a). The roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried upto and cleaned overall foreign material and dust to receive primer. (b). The dry surface shall be primed with Torch shield primer as per manufacturer’s instructions, manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane. (c). Providing and laying APP modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 3.5 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-before. (d). The APP membrane shall be laid using torch-on butane application with minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. (e). The APP membrane shall be taken up to minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be fixed with termination bar and fasteners and end shall be properly sealed with sealant.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks upto and including 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities:

M&L for dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and other similar situations including Screed bed or bedding layer or mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing coloured 450x300x6mm thick glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with the colour of tiles, over and including 10mm thick cement mortar backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed. and providing coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of approved size, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with nthe colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick cement mortar screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised Grills of approved design for window / Bolcony ventilators and fixing with F/U channel for window, ventilators, balcony openging in architectual or rectangular type in existing building with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, , including drilling as required in RCC sections, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Grills shall be of Model DG-102/DG-104 of Make Deco or equivalent make as approved by the GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs of Granite or Green Marble of any thickness one edge such as in steps (Bull nosed) or Half round in cooking platform,and other similar situations completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames, not exc 2 Sqm each with wooden/ flush/ PVC /aluminium shutters (Without taking off shutters from the frame) including taking down of hold-fasts by cutting/chasing etc from existing surfaces and providing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). including providing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant.WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall beacceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. WPC frame should be matching with shutter and any type of laminate approved by accepting officer is deemed to be included in the qouted rate Size of shutter for each frame will only be considered for mode of measurement.
