Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (design mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for form work to sides of rough finished concrete foundations, foootings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter compelte all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M20 (design mix) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters, buttresses, columns,pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified.

M&L for form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to battersides or Pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns and sanctions

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (design mix) in Beams, cantilevers, bressumers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of rough finished floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs,etc alos splays between floors, and beams,etc compelte all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete M-20 (design mix) in Slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick(Horizontal or sloping).

Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills,concrete railings, opeinings in concrete walls, floors and roofs n.exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and smimilar work all exceeeding 10cm wide and n.exc 20cm wide with rough finished surfaces.

M&L for CRS TMT FE 500D bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips

M&L for CRS TMT FE 500D bars 5mm dia and over upto and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, and binders in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any size and description or thickness in floors laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including screed bed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in flooring,steps over 20 mm thick screed base in cement and sand (1:6) mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in one piece for riser/treads of steps, skirting, dado and pillar including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement and sand mortar (1:4) including semicircular or bull nosing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M/L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone bouilder masonary built in cement mortar or lime mortar complete all as specified

M&L for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius,built in CM 1: 6 complete all as specified

M&L for rendering, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer including stopping of nails holes,cracks etc and 1 mm thick (minimum) white cement based wall care putty on surfaces of walls etc, for making the surface in plumb line and finished even and smooth with polish paper , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and apply two coat of distemper oil emulsion, finished with roller finish on plastered surfaces of wall and 1 mm thick (minimum) white cement based wall care putty on surfaces of walls etc, for making the surface in plumb line and finished even and smooth with polish paper any height including scaffholding etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for U shaped precast RCC drain,built in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, and set in cement mortar (1:4) type light,Internal size 300 x 300 mm and outer 440 x 370 mm,(Including necessary form work and reinforcement complete) fixed over PCC with 20 mm cement slurry,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for precast drain Cover slab 75mm thick built in (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, and set in cement mortar (1:4) for covering U shaped precast RCC drain, Internal size 300 x 300 mm and outer 440 x 370 mm,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge (Including reinforcement)

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm deep as in soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point as in soil complete as specified.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified.

Supply install test and commisioning of Factory made Vertical cylindrical type multigrade pressure sand filter capacity minimum 117 m3 / hour made from MS sheet suitable with size INDION MGF 2200 mm dia filter MSEP with 1875 HOS for working pressure 2.5 Kg/cm2 duly painted (inner & outer) with red oxide primer and two coats of epoxy paint complete with suitable size of inlet, outlet valves,NRVs, control valves for operation, back wash system incl valve manifold, drain out facilities complete including frontal piping of 150 MS suitable sizes pipes for discharge of 80 M3 /hour / pressure rating 2.5 Kgf/cm2,fittings and filteration rate of 25 m3/m2/hr ,filter media , Shell ,dish end 6mm /8mm with media 6560 kgs & media depth of 915 mm etc as required for smooth functioin and operation all as per manufacturer designed discharge capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make: Ion Exchange India Ltd, Aquanomics, Pentair or equivalent as approved by GE Notes: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of MS frontal piping, control valves connected to the pressure filter complete with all accessories. 2. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of PCC/RCC foundation required for installation of vertical cylindrical type multi grade pressure sand filters of suitable size as per OEM instruction. 3. Piping up to pressure filter in-let & beyond out let of pressure filter and drain pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, installation ,joining and testing MSEP/PVC pipe confiming to IS :4985 CLASS IV 10KG/CM2 and Interconnecting piping work for all four INDION MGF 2200 mm dia filters including all necessary fittings such as bends ,elbow ,reducers ,tees ,union coupler tsil piece flange etc .cost shall be inclusive for providing supports as per specification and making good pipes shall be connected to pumps,equipment ,valves etc through tail piece fange 150 mm diameter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Cost shall be inclusive for providing supports as per specification and making good pipes shall be connected to pumps , equipment , valves etc through tailpiece Flange 150mm diameter.

Dismantling of Heavy Duty Steel, Horizontal,cylindriacal type, Pressure Media Filter,emptying filter media from existing MS filter,dismantling of piping from header to filter,Sluice Valves. Gas cutting of MS vessel, suction piping of pumps from pump to suction tank and submitted above old U/S items safely to MES Sore Yard all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate quoted include the transportation and manpower required for shifting of UNSV filter & fitting to MES Store yard at GE (North) Ahilyanagar

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Chlorine/PH correction dosing pump CDS 3 ,0-6 LPH with PP/PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr - 01 Nos and piping for inlet & outlet connection complete with control Valves, NRV, metering,electric cabeling & copper wiring through PVC concealed conduit from Main control Panel to Booster pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make:- Ion Exchange India Ltd, Voltas, Eureka Forbes or equivalent as approved by GE Note: Rate shall be inclusive for providing supports as per specification and making good pipes shall be connected to pumps , equipment , valves, electrical wiring in conduit.

Supply install test and commisioning of Alum or poly dosing CDS 3 -Dosing pump (venturi drive pump) 0 - 6 LPH with PP/PVC dozing tank capacity 150 Ltr with high speed stirrer and piping for in let & out let connection complete with control valves,NRV,electric cabling & copper wiring through PVCconduit from Main control panel to booster pump complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make:- Ion Exchange India Ltd, Voltas, Eureka Forbes or equivalent as approved by GE Note: Cost shall be inclusive for providing supports as per specification and making good pipes shall be connected to pumps , equipment , valves, electrical wiring in conduit.

Supply, install, test and commisioning of Air Blower with suitable 3 Ph motor IE-2 rated , ISI marked required for filtration unit back wash process of suitable capacity but not less than 250 Cum /Hr , or as recommended by OEM for swimming pool as given in schedules complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Supply, install, test and commisioning of Filter pump capacity 234 m3 / hour @25 mt head centrifugal non clog pump with approximate 25 HP Capacity pumps to suit filter flow complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Make:-Kirlosker, Johnson, Willo, or equivalent as approved by GE

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of Interconnecting piping, Valves, fittings supports etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
