Repair of body/housing /bearing pedestal of any size/shape as per site existing with all the required machining / fabrication /welding and patch work for making it functional. Note for item no 18.00 to 21.03 :- (i) Contractor should carry out all the necessary fabrication/machining works to make the part function, at no extra cost. (ii) If the condition of the part (shaft/impeller) is very deteriorated that it can not be repaired then it shall be replaced with new one at no extra cost in same item of repair/replacement as mentioned in above item. (iii) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rates.

Material and labour for cleaning of air diffuser/diffuser assembly at any height upto 10 mtr by removing the diffuser / diffuser assembly ,opening th close/Jammed diffuser and subsquent oiling/greasing of diffuser and cleaning the diffuser throughly and again refixing the diffuser as directed and site requiremnt complete.

Repair/maintenance and servicing of electrically operated exhauster, fresh air blowers and axial fan by dismantling motor, blower, exhauster, impeller, shaft , bearing and carring out the required repair, complete servicing replacement of spare parts, cleaning, greasing /oiling and complete refixing the same with proper balancing of shaft / impeller, alignments of complete system with all packing material etc all as per site requirements All for blower /exhauster /axial fan of Capacity 1 HP to 3HP NOTE :- (i) All the required minor spare parts including grease, nut bolts, washers, packing material, lugs, cotton watse,is including in the above items. (ii) The contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender. (iii) The capacity of the connected motor will be used for defining the blower , exhauster , Air curtain and axial fan instead of CFM . (iv) The major mechanical parts required will be measured and paid seperately in subsequent items as Supply only. (v) All Electrical parts required will be measured and paid saperately as supply and fixing

Material and labour for mild steel brackets, frames, supports and stands of type as required made out of angle iron, flat or strip of grade Fe-410-S of any size as per site requirement etc at any height, complete with two coat with synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide including taking down / dismentling old brackets etc all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE :- (i) Contrator should provide safety equipments and T&P for execution of work as the situation of work may be upto 20M height. (ii) Contracor should visit the site before quoting the rates. (iii) As per site requirements contractor shall also carry out the required welding /fabrication / Patch work with no extra cost

Supply and fix in repair Double nitted polymer fabric HDPE fresh air filter washable/cleanable type, fabricated out of CRCA sheet metal with lifting handle, Box/flanged type size 610mm X 610mm X 150mm all as directed.

Cleaning of damper chambers of exhaust pipe of various beds of engine test house including removing all carbon particles, smoke, dust etc cleaning of all side walls, supporting beams, pipe support complete including removal of existing paint and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer using spray gun all aas specified and as directed.

Repair and servicing of LT Electric panel by Dismantling existing control & power wiring of LT Panel of Blower motor capacity 15 HP to 60 HP & rewiring with PVC insulated copper wire existing size of control & power wiring for proper sequential working of contactors with delay timer, over load relay motor, mccb etc. by making proper connections to contactors, relays, fuses, switches, voltmeter,ammter incl Repair/ replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment of panel, taking down existing bus bars and cleaning with CTC applying with becktol red solution, providing bus bar insulation and refixing with new nuts, bolts, washers etc testing commissioning complete as directed . NOTE :- (i) Cost of electric cable, lugs & connectors is included in above cost. (ii) The quoted rate include the cost of painting of the panel with two coats of paints complete all as up to satisfection of Engr-in-charge. (iii) Cost of replacement of MCCB's, Contractor,s , relay,s meters not included in the scope of work.
