Labour for cleaning /clearing of blockage of gully traps, floor traps, vertical and horizontal soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines( PVC/SGW/ CI/RCC of any dia) except cleaning of manholes including opening inspection eye door of bend/ branch pieces, rodding till smooth flow and refixing of door after cleaning and any other cleaning work as directed by engr-in-charge in the area of the SPDC,NSD MANKHURD, WED MANKHURD under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: (a) Contractor's labour will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days at online complain cell centre and attend complaints given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch etc and any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost . In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from one area/location to other area/location to attend complaints, plugging of sewer and diverting flow of sewage if necessary to carry out the work and removal of sludge from the site to outside MOD land (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge.

Cleaning manhole of size n.exc 1.50 Sqm by taking out sludge in semi liquid/solid stage (incl. all water etc) from inside of manhole of depth not exceeding 1.5 m and removing the sludge to a distance not exceeding 50m depositing in trenches including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth to a thickness not less than 30 cm including all earth work, returning filling, removal of surplus soil & necessary temporary cleaning and necessary safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Opening cover of manhole/septic tank exc 1.5 m depth, dewatering and pumping out night sludge etc from septic tank by mechanical means and removing sludge outside MD land and cleaning the septic tank as per BMC rules and placing the cover in original position taking all precautionary and safety measures all as directed. Note: All T&P and transportation for carrying sludge shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. and M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6mm mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Note: The thickness of plaster specified above is minimum thickness and the quoted rates shall also deemd to be include for the provosion of dubbing of the surface and nothing extra shall be payable on this account. The rate also includes the rate of scaffolding and necessary safety measurements

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM(1:6) finished even and fair.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 as stone mansonry surfaces making surfaces fair & even without using extra cement.

M&L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M & L cement concrete type B 1 1:2:4( 20 mm graded aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates/ blocks, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairs to walls of Underground Sump/ water tank of any depth of max 4mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1. Surface preparation: Empty the water from water tank followed by removing the old plasters to expose the bare concrete, the damaged concrete to be repaired with polymer modified cement-sand mortar with SBR Latex, filling all cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex. Cleaning and preparation of surface with the help of wire brush or grinder . 2. Grouting Pipe inserts: Wrapping all pipes inserts with a two way adhesion tape of make Dr. Fixit Bathseal tape and grouting the gaps space with non- shrink grout Dr. Fixit Pidigrout 10M or PMM prepared by polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. 3. Injection Treatment: Providing and fixing PVC grouting nozzles of 130mm length & 10mm outer dia, with a stopper at the outer end, shall be fixed on the concrete surface @ 1m C/C or at the particular location of water leakage, by drilling a hole of same dia and inserting up to a depth of 80mm. Cement paste mixed with Dr. Fixit Instant leak Plug shall be used to fix and seal the sides of the nozzle.The Grout shall be prepared with mix of cement & Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM expansive grouting additive in W/C ratio not morethan 0.45. The grouting shall be done under pressure of 3 kg / cm2 using grouting pump. 4.Angel Fillet: All the old/broken joints needs to be removed and provided with 50 mm X 50 mm angle fillets on the vertical up- stands, parapet wall junction corners, service units and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement. 5.Waterproof Coating: Providing & Applying 2 coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 – 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer’s specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers' specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP. All the honeycombed areas & construction joints shall be identified and injected with cement slurry admixed with expansive additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM @ 225gms / bag of cement. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Sprinkle the quartz sand / fine sand over the final coat when it is still wet on the vertical wall surface for creating a firm key for plastering to ensure complete waterproofing. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength 1 N /mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength : 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390. 6. Protection Plaster / Screed: Providing & laying 20-25mm THK protective plaster / Screed of C:M in the ratio of 1:4 admixed with integral waterproof compound conforming to IS 2645:2003, Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ @ 200ml per bag of cement, over the waterproofing membrane for vertical & horizontal protection. 7.Hygiene coat: Anti-microbial Coating.:Providing & applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic – two component, water-based epoxy resin having anti-algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 – 300 of US – FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) – 1:1:1 to be applied @ 4 sqm / Kg, as per manufacturer's specification. The coating shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02, all as per manufacturers' specification, etc, complete. Note :- Complete treatment has to be done by Manufacturers applicator itself, Manufacturers applicator should be submitted before commencement of work and Guarantees Certificate for 5 years should be submitted of Manufacturer.

M&L for structural repairs to Columns,beams and slabs and chajja at maximum height of 8mtrs including scaffolding and safety arrangements completely all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge in following steps as mentioned below 1) Chipping , Removing,Carefullly Loose Concrete work by low impact Hammer/Breakar without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of malba out side the premises etc. complete as directed.
