Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x100 mm single rebate comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made Make : ECHON /Sintex /Rajshree / Navaratan.

S&F Plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames of 2nd class Hard Wood wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding any description fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 28-30 mm thick prelaminated moulded WPC factory made 100% solid door (conforming as per IS-4020) made from 100% lead free single extruded with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design on the front side with 10 mm deep mould on single side with wood grain texture and back side palin with density not less than 600 Kg/cum. Manufactured by an ISO : 9001-2015 certified company. The door should be water proof, termite proof, fire etardant and having screw holding capacity complete all as specified

S & F 2nd class H.W. glazed & skeleton shutter 35mm thick factory made open rebated & prepared to receive glass gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass,gauge etc size of members complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class HW shutters 35mm thick, plain framed paneled shutter factory made (two panel) with lock rail & panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush door shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapples including Hacking out old wire cloth (any thickness, size, quality or description) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass fixed in window shutters including Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads etc complete all as directed.

S & F Bombay sliding powder coated aluminium three track sliding windows, including fabrication of frame size 94mmx 34mmx1.50mm and three track shutters frame size 40mmx 18mmx18mm( two glass shutters of 2mm and one wiremesh shutter) and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, provn of AC opening and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified by Engr-In- Charge. Note : (i) the quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of Glass panes/wire cloth will not be measured not paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading and glazing clips,hinges, handle. However it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. S&F for powder coated aluminium ventilator shutters with frame not less than 0.55 Kg/Rm, half bottom portion fixed with 4mm thick glass with fixed type shutter and top half portion lower type with 4mm thick frosted glass and outer side fixed with stainless steel wire mesh, shutters aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, necessary aluminium fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for and fixed in any position etc complete all as directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of New untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100 mm long Butt hinges, Stainless Steel, with mild steel hinge pin, bright polished and fixed, typeB-11 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150 mm long Extruded Stainless Steel handles designer type, fabricated type polished complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm size Stainless Steel barrel tower bolts, with cast or sheet barrel and rolled or cast bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 250mm long Stainless Steel, sliding door bolt withsand or die-cast brass hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing bolt with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and as directed .
