Note for Sl No 1.00 to 12.00 above: (i) Servicing /maintenance shall be carried out by OEM/ their accredited/ authorized agencies only and necessary MOU/certificate shall be submitted by the contractor prior to commencement of work. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included the minor spares required for smooth functioning of the lift and any major items such as door sensors, batteries for ARD, cabin lights and cabin fans if required shall be measured under relevant items of the schedule. (iii) The contractor shall deploy a team of qualified and well experienced Technician of OEM / their accredited / authorised agencies on daily basis and carry out regular checks and preventive maintenance of the lifts. The team shall also attend to all emergency call services and shall ensure safe recovery of any passenger traped inside the lift. For this purpose, the Contractor shall provide Contact number / Mobile number to Engr-Incharge to facilitate communication / reporting of defects. The elevators shall be made available 24X7 and in no case the lifts shall be kept non operational for more than 08 hours after reporting of defects. In case, the contractor failed to keep the elevators operational beyond the specified time limit, a penal recovery of Rs. 1000.00 per hour per lift found non operational shall be levied. (iv) The contractor shall ensure all safety guidelines are duly adhered to and shall not be compromised in any circumstances. The contracor shall be responsible for any mis-happenings due to compromising of safety guidelines.

Testing of lift by State Electrical/ lift inspector (Maharastra State) once during occurrance of the contract and test report to be submitted as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included all the charges to be paid to the State Electrical Inspector Office for carrying out the Inspection of the lifts and any obsns taken by the State Electrical Inspector during Inspection shall be rectifyed by the contractor in due time and get clearance from the State Electrical inspector. (ii) The Inspection certificate shall be displayed inside the elevator car at an convenient height duly photoframed and one copy shall be submitted to the department. (iii) The Inspection of the lifts by State Electrical Inspector shall be completed within 03 Months from the commencement of contract. The Contractor shall ensure the fitness of lifts. Any Observation raised by the State Electrical Inspector during inspection shall be cleared / complied with by the contractor only. Contractor's Claim of whatsoever nature on this account shall not be entertained.

Supply and fix in replacement LED fixtures of 9W recess mounting downlighter, tiltable made of PDC Al with high efficient COB LED & clear diffuser, IP20, to celling including control wiring for auto On/off complete with all accessories including wiring including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement door closing sensor full length 82 beams full unit including necessary wiring compatible to existing one including taking down old unserviceable item complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement traction Flat Belt 10 core smooth on both side 30mm wide with Breaking force 43KN with accessories for installation compatible to existing one including taking down old unserviceable traction flat belt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Landing operating panel, push button station full collective surface mounted type with two way communication system compatible to existing one complete with all accessories including taking down old unserviceable landing operating panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement car operating panel push button station feather touch type with steel plate Up |Down arrow with detail display for floor indicator, call indicator with two-way communicatin system compatible to existing one complete with all accessories including taking down old unserviceable car operating panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement lift duty VVVF drive for 20HP/15 KW lift main motor compatible to existing one including taking down old unserviceable drive of any description with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) control system including PC cards/ |diodes, for Gen2 type lifts of capacity 8 passenger to 26 pasengers (0-50 HP) 3 phase, 380 to 415 V AC (max B+G+5 floors) including commissioning and testing including taking down old unserviceable ARD control system of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement batteries of automatic rescue device (ARD) 18 AH-12 Volts DC including taking down old unserviceable batteries of any description complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in replacement lift door operating motor compatible to existing make of lift as existing at site for rated voltage :AC 100 / 125 V, Rated rotating speed: 180 r/min, rated power :43/94 W suitable for 16/26 passanger lift including taking down old unserviceable lift door operating motor of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement RCCB/ELCB having three phase 4 pole 100 Amps-300 MA Capacity in the machine room prior to control panel for main power supply including taking down old unserviceable RCCB/ELCB of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Overload Warning Indicator including sensor and necessary wiring complete for all lifts including taking down of old unserviceable overload warning indicator of any type complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE for Ser. Item No. 15.00 to 25.00 above : Sample / Make of material shall be got approved by the contractor from GE, prior procurement and execution of these items)
