Experience Criteria: - Execution of similar quantities of Fixed & PTZ cameras-projects to reputed government/private organization (of this size) needs to be provided with proof of successful execution letter by the party i.e. purchase orders and work completion certificates required. - Supply & Installation of similar High Power PT Spotlight with PTZ Night Vision CCD Camera-Integrated IP Based Weatherproof Single Unit project to reputed government/private organization (of this size) need to be provided with proof of successful execution letter by the party i.e purchase orders and work completion certificates required. 2. Past Performance: - Proof of successful execution letter by the party i.e. purchase orders and work completion certificates required for similar projects. The values and percentages given for Eligibility requirements are: - 100% relaxation in prior experience for start-ups and MSEs, subject to meeting of quality and technical specification. - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band defined in the relevant policy, within which MSE sellers can match the L-1 price. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: * Valid Start-up certificate recognized by Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) for start-ups * Valid MSE Udyam certificate for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) * Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations at which the local value addition is made for Class 1 local suppliers * Declaration relating to percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor for bid value more than Rs 10 Crore.
