Water proofing of joint roof floor using Roff Rainbow Tile mate Epoxy (Three Component epoxide resin based ceramic tile joint filler), as follows: 1. Tile Joints to be opened and cleaned to remove any loose particles 2. The 3 components of the Roff Rainbow Tilemate Epoxy shall be mixed in required proportions as per the manufacturers specifications 3. The grout shall then be filled into the opened joints ensuring that they are completely filled. 4. The surplus grout shall be cleaned from the tile joint surface with-in 10-15 minutes, using initially, a rough textures sponge dampened with clean water. 5. Any light residue left shall be cleaned off using a sponge and cleaner. II) Providing and Application of Dr.Fixit New Coat Water Proofing as per manufacturers specifications, as follows: 1. Application of primer, 2 parts of Dr. Fixit Prime Seal mixed with 1 part water, and applied to the surface in 1 coat. This dilution will cover approxately 7sq M. Allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours. 2. First coat of Dr. Fixit New Coat is to be applied undiluted over the primed surface. While the first coat is wet, a fibre mesh is to be embedded into the coat. The fibre mesh improves the performance of the coating, to take care of movement in cracks caused due to variations in temperature etc. Allow 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 3. After the first coat is dry, apply the second coat, and wait for 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 4. After the second coat is dry, apply the third coat and wait for 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 5. After application of the third coat, leave to air cure for 7 days. etc. complete with 5 years guarantee.

Water proofing of joint roof floor Water proofing of joint roof floor using Roff Rainbow Tile Mate Epoxy (Three Component epoxide resin based ceramic tile joint filler), as follows: 1. Tile Joints to be opened and cleaned to remove any loose particles 2. The 3 components of the Roff Rainbow Tile Mate Epoxy shall be mixed in required proportions as per the manufacturers specifications 3. The grout shall then be filled into the opened joints ensuring that they are completely filled. 4. The surplus grout shall be cleaned from the tile joint surface with-in 10-15 minutes, using initially, a rough textures sponge dampened with clean water. 5. Any light residue left shall be cleaned off using a sponge and cleaner. II) Providing and Application of Dr.Fixit New Coat Water Proofing as per
manufacturers specifications, as follows: 1. Application of primer, 2 parts of Dr. Fixit Prime Seal mixed with 1part water, and applied to the surface in 1 coat. This dilution will cover approx. 7sq M. Allow to dry for 6 to 8 hours. 2. First coat of Dr. Fixit New Coat is to be applied undiluted over the primed surface. While the first coat is wet, a fibre mesh is to be embedded into the coat. The fibre mesh improves the performance of the coating, to take care of movement in cracks caused due to variations in temperature etc. Allow 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 3. After the first coat is dry, apply the second coat, and wait for 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 4. After the second coat is dry, apply the third coat and wait for 6 to 8 hours to dry, depending on ambient conditions. 5. After application of the third coat, leave to air cure for 7 days. etc. complete with 5 years guarantee.
