Experience of Project Management Consultancy for Energy management services for at least three power generating plants or captive or co-generation plants or any Chemical / Steel Industry/ Sugar Factory for at least 10 MW capacity. 2. Technical Team: One Technical expert with relevant professional qualifications. 3. Integrated management system and preferably hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. 4. Turnover: Above Rs. 5 Crs. The formulas for evaluation are: - Technical Score (A) = Bidder technical score X 100 / Highest technical score - Financial Score (B) = L1 Bidder price quote X 100 / Bidder price quote - Computation of total score (H) = 0.75 X A + 0.25 X B The marks allocation is as follows: - Experience of Project Management Consultancy: 15 marks (base) + 5 marks for each additional 5 MW capacity (max 10 marks) - Number of projects executed: 15 marks (base) + 5 marks for each additional project (max 10 marks) - Technical Team: 7 marks (base) + 1 mark for each additional technical expert (max 3 marks) - Integrated management system: 3 marks (1 certificate), 6 marks (2 certificates), 10 marks (3 certificates) - Turnover: 3 marks (above Rs. 5 Crs) + 1 mark for each additional Rs. 1 Cr (max 2 marks) - Presentation: Total = 25 Marks Total = 100 Marks The bid capacity required in the given tender is related to the financial score (B) and the total score (H). The Lowest L1 Bidder will be awarded a score of 100, and subsequent scores will be allocated accordingly. The award will be made strictly based on the highest total score computed for each bidder.
