The work done should be given by the authority not less than Executive Engineer. The bidder should have completed: - 3 similar works of building whose work-wise cost shall not be less than 40% of the Estimated amount of the tender invited (i.e., Rs. 1,02,40,735.00 each like 3 works) - Alternatively, 2 similar works of building whose work-wise cost shall not be less than 50% of the Estimated amount of the tender invited (i.e., Rs. 1,28,00,919.00 each like 2 works) - Alternatively, 1 work of similar type building whose work-wise cost shall not be less than 80% of the Estimated amount of the tender invited (i.e., Rs. 2,04,81,470.00 each like 1 work) Additionally, the bidder should have executed major quantities of building works in the last 5 years, with 30% quantities required. The maximum turnover of the contractor in the last 5 years should be at least 75% of the annual cost of the work, i.e., Rs. 1,92,01,378.00. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the estimated amount (Rs. 1,02,40,735.00) - 50% of the estimated amount (Rs. 1,28,00,919.00) - 80% of the estimated amount (Rs. 2,04,81,470.00) - 30% of the quantities as per the tender - 75% of the annual cost of the work (Rs. 1,92,01,378.00)
