The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar projects, with specific requirements including experience in Real Estate Development projects, such as Government/Institutional buildings, Commercial/Shopping Complex, Mixed Use Complex, Hotel buildings, Convention Centres, Auditoriums, Hospital buildings with requisite parking and conforming to Green Building Rating. The required prior work experience includes: - At least one similar project with a built-up area of 6,85,946 sq.ft. in the last 10 financial years in India. - Alternatively, at least two similar projects with a built-up area of 4,28,716 sq.ft. each, or at least three similar projects with a built-up area of 3,42,973 sq.ft. each, in the last 10 financial years in India. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - 90% completed projects (in terms of project cost) shall be accepted. - The 90% project cost shall be more than the capital cost of the qualifying projects. The bidder should have an Average Turnover of INR 355,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Fifty-Five Crores only) for the last 3 financial years, a minimum Net-worth of INR 177,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Seventy-Seven Crores Twenty Lakhs Only) as on 31.3.2024, and un-utilized Credit Lines/Financial Facility with its Bankers or liquid funds to the tune of at least INR 177,20,00,000/-.
