The bidder should have prior work experience in the transmission sector, specifically in the construction of substations and transmission lines. For substation works, the bidder should have experience of having constructed and commissioned at least 100kV or above voltage class bays, out of which 1 Bay should be of T/F with ET&C experience of T/F. For line works, the bidder should have constructed at least S/C Tr. Line of route length at least 50% of route length mentioned in the scope of this tender in single order and of voltage class at least one step below than the voltage class as mentioned in scope of tender. The bidder should have executed similar projects in the transmission sector, specifically: - At least 6 no. of 100kV or above voltage class bays, out of which 1 Bay should be of T/F with ET&C experience of T/F. - The bidder should have constructed at least S/C Tr. Line of route length at least 50% of route length mentioned in the scope of this tender in single order and of voltage class at least one step below than the voltage class as mentioned in scope of tender. No specific amount of similar works completed is mentioned, but the average annual turnover of the bidder during last three financial years should be not below than 60% of estimated cost. The bidder should have a Net Worth of not less than 25% (Twenty Five Percent) value of estimated cost of tender offered.
