The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the following areas: 1. GIS Supply: The bidder must have manufactured, type tested, and supplied at least Two (02) nos. of GIS Circuit Breaker-equipped ICT/TF bays and Six (06) nos. of GIS Circuit Breaker-equipped EHV bays, with these bays being of 400 kV or higher voltage level and installed in one Gas Insulated Substation during the last seven (07) years. The bays must have been in satisfactory operation for at least One (01) year before the originally scheduled bid submission date. 2. Substation EPC: The bidder must have experience in supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of at least One (01) no of Gas Insulated Substations under EPC or turnkey contracts, with each substation comprising Six (06) nos. of 400 kV or higher voltage level bays, including at least two (02) nos. of GIS Circuit Breaker-equipped ICT/TF bays and four (04) nos. of GIS Circuit Breaker-equipped EHV bays. The bidder must have executed this work within the last seven (07) years, with the substation being in satisfactory operation for at least One (01) year before the originally scheduled bid submission date. 3. Line EPC: The bidder must have constructed a 400 kV or higher double-circuit transmission line, including tower foundation, tower erection, and stringing, with a route length of 10 km in a single order within the last seven years. This line must have been in satisfactory operation for at least one year before the originally scheduled bid submission date. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder is required to submit a user's certificate confirming the successful commissioning and satisfactory operation of the executed works. In terms of monetary values, the bidder's Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last three financial years shall not be less than Rs. 225 Crores, and the bidder should have a Net worth of not less than Rs.100 Crores.
